Gacharic Spin tends to leave a lot of their live stuff relatively raw as far as I have heard, leaving in mistakes and things like that. These live performances are not altered after being streamed (at least from what I can remember). There is an early Gacharic Spin DVD that has the keyboard player running from one side of the stage to the other, tripping over a wire or monitor and faceplanting hard on stage. They kept that in and even have a couple of replay angles on the DVD. They recently even showed that part again in one of their live shows when remembering memorable parts of them being in Gacharic Spin. As far as the quality goes, this one comes straight off of a livestream that was done for this concert as far as I know. They only have 2 live Blu-rays (and a bunch of DVD's) and the last one was from 2019 and even the quality on those Blu-rays and DVD's is not as high as some of the other Japanese bands (possibly on purpose, I think they prefer it the way it was shot). All the other live stuff were streams and they obviously don't look as good (those streaming sites don't have 4k and I think the video they post is straight up the streaming video). They probably don't have the budget to record in 4k either (I don't think their budget is that high), I honestly think they get shafted hard by their label. But the reason for the blocking and and artifacts is because of the streaming artifacts. Edit: That said, their live stuff is really worth watching though, it is what makes them extra special in my opinion. The energy they bring to their performances and to the crowd is always fantastic to see and is actually what made me love some of their older songs.
GS is amazing, Angie can put so much emotion into her voice , I have no doubt she could bring tears even if I don’t know what she’s saying, you can just feel it.
