Seriously underrated band
that was literally going to be my comment. I cant understand how they're not more well known
@@Pluralofvinylisvinyls @patrickb840 I think there is something about never really having broken through that keeps this band fresh. Plus, we already got the 'popular' version in Pretty Girls Make Graves. I put them in the same place as Mewithoutyou.

Several yrs ago on New Year's eve in Portland Oregon, me and 2 buddies, had tickets to see Satan's Pilgrims at Dante's
Some douchey kid working the door, would not let my buddy in, Saying he was drunk, he absolutely wasn't, he's just a happy go lucky goofy type, I got pissed, said alright then we are selling our tickets right here then, we sold our tickets and walked down to the Roseland...Right as we walk up, some dude walks out and says "hey I got a extra ticket, FOR FREE" We took it!! Bought 2 more tickets and Bam we Saw MCD on New Year's Eve!! Great fkn Show!!! I wish I could thank that douche!!
Nate is gone and Lesley is playing piano on only one song on the new album but the MCD machine is on again and i'm grateful for it. Still remember the first time I saw those guys live in London at The Garage in May 2000 supporting ZEKE. Still think it's the best live show I've ever seen in my whole life.
They still got Coady! Thats all that matters...:)
Glad to see Spencer doing fine and nice that they got together once more not just to live off old glories but to continue harvesting new ones
Saw this band in Leeds UK with at the drive in . 👳 They blew the place up . . It was the in name and blood tour . . Sick band
O wow it is nice to hear that familiar voice again. I really thought R.I.P was going to be the last album Id ever hear from them.
See that guy with the glasses? At the show in Portland he just jumped into the audience to defend a woman being attacked by a man 100 pounds heavier than him.
I heard he also ground his crotch into some chicks face during a show once.
Just saw them in San Francisco last week, they are alive and very well. Couldn't be happier.

Heard this group on the divine Iggy Pop radio show, and had to check them out immediately.

No, they’re all original except for the dude playing keys. They are missing two original members, guitarist Nate Manny, and organ player Leslie Hardy. Hardy wasn’t technically an original member though, she joined the band shortly after the first record.
