Order a takeaway and SLEEP ,former nurses orders lol. That's what you need first, everything else can wait till you've recovered or you'll be fit for nothing !! Been there done it 😉. Seriously tempting as it is to push yourself and carry on ,does it matter till you've had a rest and recovered ? Just use a portable TV if you want one on,it'll do for tonight. A good rest is what's needed.and essentials nothing else ! Been there done it and it's true, so you rest and recover then enjoy putting your new home how you want it. You won't enjoy it feeling like you do n it'll all be worth it in the end ! If there's hot water and a bath I'd have a soak too ,help with the aches,help you sleep too, chuck something comfy on to wear, who cares what you look like at this time of night and finally relax!
