They seem like they are built very well. I mean, let's see if it still works after 5 years, but for the price, you almost don't care if you have to replace it every half a decade...
@@thriftysurvivor6117 That sounds about right. I will be at an outdoor range on Sunday, if that MOA adjustment keeps me from hitting my point of aim at 100 yards, then I probably won't keep it. But last time I was at a shorter indoor range it seemed pretty dialed in.
The biggest question with cheap optics is will it still be zeroed when you need it to be zeroed? Will it take a hit and maintain zero? Will it work on a rifle with more recoil than a .223? That's why quality, dependable optics companies with lifetime warranties generally get my business. I just don't trust cheap optics. Not really a big deal if all you're doing is punching paper, but when you're targeting live critters whether it be hunting or self-defense there is no margin of error.
From what I have seen, they will. I have watched guys drop them, beat on them with full water bottles, one even got shot with a 12ga bird shot and still held zero...
I bought this optic for 50$ on Amazon. And i ran it on on all my rifles. 10.5, 16in, 7.5 300blk, and my buddies aks74. Held zero. I dropped on purpose 4 times. And only thing that broke was the 1 lens cover. Which i only used to seal from spray paint. The reticle is super bright and i love the shake wake feature. 11 / 10 review
It definitely a nice reddot for the price if it holds zero. Look forward to your zeroing test.
Got a link to the shooting test video? I just picked this up with the M3X magnifier combo. Seen multiple good reviews but none with test footage.
There is no video. The outdoor range I went to, wasn't keen on me running my camera... 😞
@@SquireSCA well damn that sucks! I assume you have put some rounds through using the sight and magnifier. How did it hold up?
@@chromemox3319 I don't have a magnifier, but the times I have had it to the range it held zero.
Thanks for reviewing, I’ve been buyin from this brand for over a year, would like to view the videos before I purchase

What's the click value on the windage and elevation turrets, is it 1/2 MOA or 1 MOA?
1 MOA @ 50yds
@@SquireSCA So that would make it 2 MOA then.

@@SquireSCA I'd be surprised if it's a 2 MOA click value, the worst I've seen is 1 MOA for red dot sights. You might want to check it at 100 yards.
Yeah, I almost wonder if its a typo or misprint...
We’re the spare screws you got were they shorter mine didn’t come with them?
I don't remember, I will need to find the box and see what's inside.

Do these have the same mounting holse as a T1?
Not sure what you mean? do you mean the screws that mount it to the riser?
@@SquireSCA yes, does it fit a riser for the aimpoint T1s
@@cain0005 No idea, I don't have one on hand to check the bolt pattern.
Updated opinion?
Only had it to the range once, but great so far. Will hit the range again next week

Should compare to the romeo 5 cause they're only a bit more
The Sig is nearly twice as much, and also made in China.
😳😳😳
There made in China.. so is your iPhone 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Any "review" that doesn't include sighting in and shooting would be an UNBOXING, not a review. 🤷 Sorry, but not real helpful.
To be fair, it does say "overview" in the title... ;-)
@@SquireSCAOH shoot, I missed that. 😂 I rescind. Excellent overview.
@@GW2964 No worries!
Horrible 😢
How so? Its been to the range a few times now and shoots great, holds zero... what else do you want?
