Programming AUTEL Universal Key - failed

2020 Kia Telluride (ON) all keys lost, and I think in any case Kia vehicles delete any keys and then programming requires any keys at the time of procedure.
thus Autel key - updated, upgraded, generated and tried to get it programmed - didn't work... did I miss something here??

In the Universal Key Menu after selecting the correct year/make/model you must press the “Generate Universal key” icon?not the upgrade icon. Will definitely solve your issue.👍

I have the same issue and I pressed generate universal key and still got this error

It works with the Hyundai key when I paired it but not the Autel fob

Does the same, as autel keys will not generate 903 Hz keys. They state the keys are inclusive of all frequencies....but they will not generate high frequencies.
