The KM 100 has to have the program in it to program your keys to the vehicle's Chip Key or Fob to the immobilizer. If it doesn't, you'll be wasting your time. The best way is to have a laptop using the dealer program which has rolling codes you have to use with in 10 minutes.

If all keys are lost how did you enter the vehicle? I have a 2010 rav4 all keys lost but alarm goes off wen I open the door and I can't communicate with the immobilizer? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
If you have gained entry into vehicle not using a key the factory alarm will continue to go off until you use a key to lock and unlock the drivers door
Pull the door lock out and unlock. Your going to have to cut the key anyway so don't even bother pulling it all the way out just read the code and cut the key
You missed a step then, or you probably did not do something right. Take your time and follow the steps but is the key you are using the right key for the car?

Can the Rav4 be programmed without any application to The same network as the new Camry, or it is programmed without any smart connection
Need to use oem key or aftermarket also work
Have you tried one of the other? I tried an aftermarket key today and it didn't work. You had any luck?

toyota keys are locked to a vehicle when programmed. so to reuse a used smart key you unlock it.

remove the the fuse or relay for horn. Also you would probably have to try the all keys lost option.

Pull the door lock out and unlock. Your going to have to cut the key anyway so don't even bother pulling it all the way out just read the code and cut the key
