whenever you will reinstall windows you will lose all your data or atleast all the data stored in the drive where your windows is installed if you don't do a clean install. But it is always recommended to do a full clean install whenever you are reinstalling windows
Shrey Rawat the method they have shown it works for few people not everyone. I formated my pc from bios and installed new windows i think you must have to do the same.
Type c: and then dir If there is windows folder then do the process shown in video... If there is no windows folder then type D: and then dir You will find windows folder and do the process Basically you have to apply commands in that directory which holds your windows folder

You have to enable F12 key from BIOS. Press F2 + Del key to enter the BIOS.
