I swear by the ones by Yvette. Amazing high impact (even for larger cup sizes). I love how adjustable they are and that they are affordable. Check out Kathryn Mueller's reviews here on youtube she is very thorough with function instead of just style. Her review of the ones I mentioned - ruclips.net/video/JO8Y7pd3bt8/видео.html&ab_channel=KathrynMueller
Enell makes true high-impact sports bras for larger cup sizes. I also have some older styles from Victoria's Secret that I like (unpopular opinion, I guess) but last I checked their new styles didn't look supportive.
I love Panache and Wacoal. High impact support for big cup sizes. They are pricey but in my experience they last a couple of years (and I use them every week).
This video was GREAT!!! I just bought a whole new capsule wardrobe for my athletic wear on thred-up. I decided to only buy pink and turquoise so they all mixed and matched for multiple outfits. I also thought of "modules" one bra, one top, one bottom in pink and one module in black and one in turquoise. Now when I open my workout drawer it looks inspired and makes me happier to workout! My workout routine is at home with youtube PopSugar and HasFit 4 days a week. I'm one month in and doing better since I have my happy capsule. I can't believe the special item! How brilliant!
I am a fan of using a windbreaker for outdoor exercise in chilly weather, with a fleece layer underneath as the weather gets colder. No product recommendations other than secondhand shopping.
I really liked this video! I have started working out more and love the idea of creating a capsule for that! The flip belt is brilliant!!! Thank you for sharing!
My exercise routine is mostly walking, but this capsule still makes total sense! My favorite long sleeved tops are 32Degree Heat (cheap tech fabric) or a lightweight merino wool blend like Paradox. I found all mine second hand. Paradox makes nice leggings too. Wacoal or Natori sports bras are comfortable and give great support. Happy running!
I have a jumpsuit for my daily yoga (from ripple yoga wear), which I love - no tops falling open or moving around - and when it's colder I put a longsleeved top I got from GAP a while back over the jumpsuit (they still sell a similar one - the twist-front t-shirt), it's very soft and comfy.
I used to be gym mad but injured my shoulder (not from working out) and have lost my passion for workouts as recovery has been long and painful, so walking is about it now. Still have/use my gym gear though. Like you Fernanda I prefer to cover my crop top with a workout tee/top. I absolutely love the flip belt, what an excellent idea. Thank you for another great video 😊 💕
Any chance before you post your winter capsule you could show us the outfits from you one suitcase vacation wardrobe? Since your capsule wardrobe videos are so popular and in the one suitcase video that you did so many people in the comments said they wanted to see the outfits please
I don’t really purposefully exercise ever, I just cycle to get to school (and sometimes work but I don’t force myself to always) and have PE 4 days a week. For me that’s enough, I’ve gone to both extremes (nothing, getting the bus everywhere vs playing for more than 6 sports teams, training everyday). Most of what I wear are just boys tracksuit bottoms and fitted t shirts. I love the idea of feminine workout clothing, but I worry too much about how my leggings are fitting, or are there lines showing than I do with unisex clothes.
Taking recommendations for great high impact sports bras - I desperately need them 🙏🏽. Thanks!!

Lululemon sports bras are the best!

Fernanda, you are amazing! Thank you so much for this video and the formulas. Yes, please do a video on the different looks from this capsule. 🥰 XOXO
Me encantan tus armarios cápsulas... tienen bastante color... no son tan muertos

Great reminder to clean out my activewear wardrobe 😉
I love my ronhill running bra top and Nike dryfit hoody xx
You should try wacoal sports bras. Very supportive for running even for bigger busts.

Do you wear footwear when you do yoga at a yoga studio?
I love my flip belt!!! So helpful especially carrying extra dog things.
