Why can't you be in my area! The doctors where I live stink.i have had Plantar Fasciatis 3 times, and this last time, and it has not gone away. I have been suffering for the last 7-8 years with pain, and nothing or no has been able to help me! I found your channel a few months ago, and you suggested doing the toe curls instead of doing the stretching of your food because all it was doing was aggravating the fascia and re -injuring it. I started doing the curls, and it helped so much, but every now and then, it acts up. I was also doing the ice and rolling the Spiky ball calf stretches, but I have osteoarthritis and need knee replacements, and it was starting to hurt my knees, my ankles, and also my wrists because I also have carpel tunnel so I had to doing them. I just wanted to thank you for the curling of the toes! But I still wish you were in Springfield, Massachusetts!!!
I had a learning experience with it. To stop the pain, and strengthen my toes, is I put on a pair of heels with a 6in heel,as it stretches and strengthens the toes. It also helps other areas of the leg. Have a great day my friend ❤️🙂⚘️.

@@epmanualphysicaltherapy Thank you for all the information to help. I have arthritis really bad on the right side of my body from a very bad accident when I was 6 years old. I hope you had a fantastic day today ❤️🙂⚘️.
My pain was my arches. 2020 Dr & PT diagnosed it at plantar facitis. 2 of my toes cant curl bc of a broken foot (2010) that I couldn't get reset (couldnt miss work). It was 4 yrs ago, took 2 yrs to get over it.
Thanks for the video. Very informative. However, you didn't say what the solution is if it is nerve pain and not planter fasciitis? Thinking i had PF i now think it could be nerve damage having just tried the stretching of the toes and prodding my heal where the pain is. Please advise. Thank you.

What about when the pain occurs in the ball of the foot first and starts at midday not when you step on the foot in the morning...and THEN expands to the arch and heel so that by night it feels like you are walking on glass everywhere. But first thing in the morning...everything is fine.
The pain in the ball of the foot is called a neuroma. Ball of nerves inflamed, all along the foot means inflamed fascia. Get treatment for the neuroma first.
There's only 2 doctors I've encountered on RUclips who promote toes curling "inwards" as a toe exercise. I've more confidence now. Thanks!

What are your thoughts on the "archies" shoes that they sell here in Australia. Would love to know what you recommend for shoes.
How do you know if it is plantar fasciitis or heel pain from the back?
You are good
