    You dont need to apologize to the armchair internet critics. They'll always have an opinion even if they've never left home. It's a clean build and looks nice! Congrats.

    I find for offroad use, the desire for "more noise" to be not my thing. The quieter the better IMO. I would want as quiet as I could get without it being a power drain. Silence is golden.... stealth. So it depends on what each person is looking for. And for me NOT being heard is preferable.

    I ordered a 2022 Ranger a few weeks ago and just discovered your channel. Your install and review videos are excellent. I'm definitely interested in more Ranger videos. Rear suspension upgrades for towing/RV'ing. Street legal headlight upgrades. Engine performance/tuning upgrades. Maybe a Diamondback cover with all the ATV hauling upgrades. Camping and overland focused. Please keep the Ranger content coming! It is appreciated.

      they have a performance upgrade for the motor. Adds like 50 hp, I think it was around $500. The down side is you have to run premium fuel.

    “Keep the Ranger content coming!”I’ve watched every video in this series and have brought my 2021 Ranger along...Icon stage 5 kit, Black Rhino wheels and BFG 275/70/17s. I have had a couple issues with the “steel” spindles that Ford changed up. But overall your content is what fired me up and informed me on installing it all. Thanks Stage 3👍🏻

    These videos have been great, I've gone to school on a few of them. I'm picking my new Ranger up tomorrow. It's already levelled in the front, new wheels and BFG's. New grille ordered. Will be making a custom bed rack and going camping!.

    Tomorrow I'm putting Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my 2020 Ranger XLT FX4 Off Road along with a tonneau cover. This is the first video I've seen of Ranger modifications and it is inspiring me to do more. As stock, my Ranger antenna just clears the garage door opening so I don't want to lift it. But, so far, I think the height is about right for off road driving here in Florida.

  • @blackoutglitch
    @blackoutglitch 3 года назад +5

    I loved this series, it's inspiring me to build my ranger similar to yours. One different thing I've done is used the Yakima bed rack system since it lets me use a tonneau cover along with it. It gives nice protection when overlanding as well as security when I don't have the tent on and using it as a daily driver.
    Great series! I'll be waiting for the next one.

    It would be great to see a either an intercooler or transmission cooler install as well as a comparison of billet upper control arms (like the Camburg Kinetik) against the tubular set you've previously installed. Looking forward to more videos!

    On my 2020 Ranger Crew Cab, I installed the BDS 3.5" Lift kit with UCA's and rear shackle lift; BDS Crash Bars; TOYO Open Country R/T 295/70 R17 Tires; Flowmaster 717909 FlowFX Cat-Back Exhaust System, fiberglass wrapped stem to stern; and the Injen PF9071WB - Cold Air Intake, sounds great- I can hear the turbine whine and blowoff valve but it is quiet on highway or at part throttle; also HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard and Smittybuilt XRC GEN3 9.5K winch; The rig eats bumps like candy, pulls and climbs very well over any terrain I have found.

    Nice rig. My opinion is your tire size and offset, is what is causing your rear dip issue. It's also not matching the springs as visually it looks like a really massive bumpy ride, as compared to what the ranger was originally tuned to in Australia. My opinion anyway. Nice video, keep it up.😊

    I want to add some good frame mounted sliders, but the selection seems limited to Shrokworks. Videos I've seen on them reveal some quality issues. Hopefully Ford Performance decides to work with ARB on this since the winch bumper will be available soon. I called them and suggested it, he said ya never know and he would pass it on.

    How’s the power hold up with the weight and tires? Ford performance has a tune among some other performance parts coming to market. Would you power it up or even regear if you kept it longer and used it?

    • @NoahStage3
      @NoahStage3 3 года назад +1

      The little 2.3L did surprisingly well even with all the extra weight. The power felt very similar to stock and it's still much faster than our Tacoma build haha. I don't think there would ever be a need to re-gear it, but I could definitely see us messing with tuners or some bolt-on power adders on a future Ranger build.

  • @DrKinesin

    Please keep the Ranger content. I want a Ranger so bad. I have been saving for what feels like an eternity to get one. I know you guys installed a bed swing case and a bed extension setup. If you had to choose one (swing case or bed extension) which would you choose?

    • @NoahStage3
      @NoahStage3 3 года назад

      There will be more Ranger content to come! For the way I use a truck I think I'd go with the SwingCase. I like the convenient storage and I typically don't haul quads or large cargo that would require having the tailgate down with an extender.
