Dude Tacos Los Cholos is no joke! Their food is the best. The ribeye and filet mignon tacos are my favorite! I goto the Fullerton location. Ever since I started eating here I don't go anywhere else.
Just like my Tios in San Antonio used to make. Tripas de leche. I haven't seen that style mentioned much if ever on any of the other RUclips food channels. They may have had them on there, but never signified the difference like they did in this video, which is that the milk of the cow goes through this part of the animal, not the...well you know. Thank you Mexi Papa for making this video featuring this delicious type of taco (the other food they were making looked great too) and the awesome people who cook them. I wish I could go right now, but my wife wouldn't believe me if I told her I was driving or flying over 2000 miles just for some tacos. I could take her with me sure, but I just want the tacos and she'd want to make a whole vacation out of it. Lol. Keep up the good work Tacos Los Cholos! Growing up in OC till '80 we never had good food like that, but traveling all over SoCal, I like to hit spots from DTLA to San Diego in my travels when recommended by people I trust. I will make the trip. Fresno.
They’re really good, I go 1-2 times a week, but, yeah if they’re going to expand with more locations they have to keep a tight control on the quality, new hires will do a good job at first and when they start to train others it’s the others that are resentful just being a employee, very resentful and that’s when the quality will suffer and customers will not be happy and never return, i wish Los Cholo’s they greatest success, remember don’t let the quality slip off or be in the history books of almost made it.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but “tripas de leche” doesn’t have anything to do with the utters. Sh*t still runs through them, they are just the smaller intestine of the cow. They still have to be cleaned regardless. Idk why the whole “tripas de leche” is being referred to as “cleaner” lol. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still eat some tacos de tripa any day. But all are cleaned as needed.
Best tripas I ever had was in south Texas! Tortillas de harina hechas a mano not corn. Guacamole e pico de gallo con serrano peppers instead of jalapeños
