Hi Woody - Well spotted. I wasn't actually watching this game and just recorded it as I was streaming another live match elsewhere. You'll note the battery died later in the game and I came over to check and reset the camera. I missed that 3rd win of Wayne when I was adding the titles / scores later, but the players kept the correct score at the time. Instead of 3-2 to Wayne when the battery went out it was actually 4-2. Thanks for pointing that out.
It's a real grind out there sometimes. Wayne won't mind me saying he's 68 and he'd been playing from 9am with matches pretty much every two hours and this match was the last of the day at 11pm. Really quite a grueling schedule!
You’re not the only one who’s said that! Alas they can’t operate a shot clock with so many tables (300+) and matches with so few officials. They do put a 2 hour limit on the matches - which is loads of time for a race to 5… but if they’re not done at the 2 hour mark the referee makes them lag for any remaining racks.
@@mothlikeTV No worries other matches are entertaining and I learn from them.... This one i learn to not take all freekin day selecting a shot...LOL Vince
Alas, CSI who run the events, only have shot clocks on the two Pro TV tables, the remaining 20 Pro tables don't have the manpower / referees to run and enforce the system. These BCA World Pool League Championships are a big deal for league players and there was over $91,000 in prize money paid out to the top 128 finishers just in this Gold Division. The winner gets $13,000, so players generally take more time. CSI did enforce a 2-hour limit on these race--to-five matches, with any unplayed racks replaced by a lag, which happened quite a few times.
at time stamp 24:44 3rd game crows 3 win wasnt posted .. unless i missing something !!!!!

anybody said shot clock?
It was a good hit, the 8 ball went towards 6 o'clock, a bad hit it would have went towards 7/7:30 .
What time in the video is this shot?
43:25
Definitely a good hit. You can actually see the cue ball strike the 5 before the 8 moves.
need a shot clock! Sheeeze.

Incredibly slow and unwatchable players. Another desperate example of why a shot clock is needed. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
