Yes...hit that upload button!!! At no point in the IRCC instructions on how to submit documents through web form, do they instruct you to upload. If you miss that feature, you’re screwed! You think you are submitting your documents directly, but you’re not! The web form goes through with no documents! IRCC web form should prevent submission if the documents are not there!!!! They do this if your documents are not there when submitting through your portal!
Can we send multiple webforms ( in my case 2 ) , in the website total size of all pdf should not exceed 3.5 mb , in my case even after compressing the pdf . Pdf size in my case is 4.5 . And what should I put in the given name , since I have none , my entire name is in the family name . Keep it blank gives error. And thanks for the information . You are helping a lot of people . 🙏
You should be able to upload multiple PDFs, instead of just one. That's a better option. You can put a dot or N/A where given name is asked. If you put your name twice in the application, you can do the same. Repeat it in the both fields.

But now, IRCC wants additional information from me to provide the details of what I did during this period of time to support myself financially. Can you please give some suggestions on this? What information should I provide to them. Please help.
Don't overthink it, if you relied on your family or spouse, just let them know how it was and what you did. They want to know, but no reason to complicate it, keep it simple share what the situation was.
Yes during filling the application we attached all the required documents and I pay and submit after I receive email for 2 things one for biometrics and one for medical examination so I done both require things what they ask after 3 days I open the app I saw message for additional documents required
Hello Sir, I have submitted my additional document and received message as submission completed but the submission status shows uploaded- not submitted to IRCC with update option but when I click on update option it states Uploading this file will replace the one submitted previously. Also I have not received any confirmation from IRCC. is it just the delay in forwarding additional document to IRCC or is it the same mistake as mentioned in the video.
If you're able to replace documents, that means those are not submitted. Upload confirmation doesn't mean they are submitted. You need to sign the application and submit.

Hi , we had same condition . This is what IRCC told us ( it was written in our application but could vary for you ) we also don't have married documents . You should attached documents to validate you marriage . like , joint bank account , marriage photo graphs , marriage card , family photos , joint utility bills (electiricty , gas etc ) , loan or property taken together
In addition to what @ashish told here, you can also if you've your spouse's name in your passport, that's a proof, you can also get an affidavit instead of a certificate.

You need to go back. Scroll down, and you’ll see the options that take you to the next page. Sign the application and agree to terms like you did the first time and submit.

What's solution after this mistake
Usually it leads to refusal, but if it hasn't been yet, let them know via webform you couldn't and also send the document they asked for.

That is using webform, but IRCC has mentioned that they might not consider your documents unless they asked for it.

Sometimes colleges take time to process documents. Contact them if needed.

I’m assuming you’re referring to Marriage Certificate? Raise a web form.

You can try your luck via web form but it’s a matter of luck.

I don't think we have any grounds for reconsideration.
And IRCC uses GMT time, not country specific.

You can try raising a webform as a last resort. Sometimes a little delay is not punished, but if they close your file, you’re out of luck.

Why would they say that? If document is not received by IRCC, they will refuse your application.
