On VFS portal, it requires you to upload all documents 24 hrs before appointment date. So if i have an appointment at 10:00 on 19 June, then does it mean that i have to uploaded on 18 June or any date before 18 June?
Hello Madhu, this video is really helpful. I have a few things that needs clarification: 1. I'm wondering which category should i upload my CoS? Is it under employment evidence? Also can i also upload my CoS in sponsor evidence to show my employer has certify maintenance for me? 2. In one of the checklist under "passport or travel document", it writes "If you have evidence of your travel history in a different passport, you may want to submit that with your application". I just renewed my passport last month and only my old passport has travel histories. Does this mean I have to provide my previous travel histories with my already expired passport?

Today i got an email from Uk immigration to provide English proficiency evidence.. This one👇👇👇 (Please provide the following documents: * Evidence that you have met the English requirements as stated on Appendix English Language. This can be either a UKVI accredited English certificate from an approved testing centre, or an Ecctis letter to confirm the UK equivalent level of your qualification and that your overseas degree was taught or researched in English to level B1 of the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework for Language learning or above) I have emailed both of my OET certificates but now i realised they are asking for UKVI accrediated english certificate or some ecctis certificate which i don’t have any idea of it.. i am very confused and tensed.. do they accept my OET certificates ???? Also, I know we should wait until all documents are ready before uploading but I missed the message and tried uploading one documents just now. However, I found that after I upload and pressed save, the progress was not saved. It showed that I did not upload anything. Would you know why? Or in your case after all of your documents showed a green tick, did you only have to press the save and upload at the bottom and it will be done? Thanks.

Hi Madhu, My fiancee from China has submitted her application form for the fiancee visa and we are just in the process of uploading the documents on to VFS. The categories for the documents are: Accommodation; educational evidence; financial evidence; additional documents/others; Appendix II; Consent letters and proof of relationship; employment evidence; sponsor evidence and TB certificate While from most of the category descriptions it is clear what documents should go where, for some there is a bit of overlap and we are really unsure if this means we should just pick one, or upload the documents twice under each category. For instance; we have put my tenancy aggreement and landlord letter in 'accommodation', and we have put my bank statements under financial evidence'/ However, under the sponsor evidence category, the description says that 'financial documents and proof of accommodation' are examples of documents you can put in here. This is really confusing - should we also upload my accomodation docs and bank statements here too? (my instinct is that I should not, and to just leave it in the other relevant categories, but just wanted to check) Thanks for any help!

Hi Madhu! I uploaded one new document after my original online upload and then mistakenly mailed the original application checklist with the 15 documents (not the one listing the 16th). The 16th document isn't that important im more worried that the updated application confirmation with the 16 documents cancelled out the barcode on the 1st? Or does this just mean they will only use the original 15 documents but that the original application checklist (with 15 documents) is still valid? Thanks!

I have already gone for uploaded documents online to vfs and gone for biometrics, however the biometrics i went to did not fill out or go through the UK Document Checklist (no official signature on it), now that i have to mail the passport and other things do i include this UK checklist or not? Also, the website given to me (detailing which documents to mail) mentions that other than the passport, you dont have to submit documents you have already uploaded to the vfs site (is this true or should I mail the copies just in case)?
Hello Madhu, First of all many thanks for this video. Just a quick clarification on whether this would be a problem while applying for my Visa. There is a spelling mistake of the UK address in my TB certificate. Just a letter is changed (Instead of 0JD its 0JG in the report). Would this be a problem in my Visa application? Unfortunately I noticed this after I signed the report as verified. Therefore I am quite hesitant to approach the medical test center team to make the changes as the mistake is on myside. Please share your insights on this.

A barcode separator will use and place on top each pile of relevant documents.This has to be done before you reach the application counter and its more easy for them

Cos you have to upload in sponsor evidence, you can upload a copy of your previous passport as well

In the checklist they won't provide all the documents which you should attach but you can attach everything which I have explained

What your cos says, if your cos says that maintenance will be from employer then no need of accomodation details

However, under the sponsor evidence category, the description says that 'financial documents and proof of accommodation' are examples of documents you can put in here. This is really confusing - should we also upload my accomodation docs and bank statements here too? (my instinct is that I should not, and to just leave it in the other relevant categories, but just wanted to check)

Hy madhu ! The thing is today was my vfs and i didn't submit my educational qualifications and police report due to miscommunication ..but i submitted my oet ,cbt, cos,tb report,birth certificate, offer letter..will that make a difference or get problem on my visa 😭

Hi Madhu! I uploaded one new document after my original online upload and then mistakenly mailed the original application checklist with the 15 documents (not the one listing the 16th). The 16th document isn't that important im more worried that the updated application confirmation with the 16 documents cancelled out the barcode on the 1st? Or does this just mean they will only use the original 15 documents but that the original application checklist (with 15 documents) is still valid? Thanks!

Hello, thank you for your video. I have one question about the UK Document Checklist. I have already gone for uploaded documents online to vfs and gone for biometrics, however the biometrics i went to did not fill out or go through the UK Document Checklist (no official signature on it), now that i have to mail the passport and other things do i include this UK checklist or not?
Also, the website given to me (detailing which documents to mail) mentions that other than the passport, you dont have to submit documents you have already uploaded to the vfs site (is this true or should I mail the copies just in case)?

Hello Madhu, First of all many thanks for this video. Just a quick clarification on whether this would be a problem while applying for my Visa. There is a spelling mistake of the UK address in my TB certificate. Just a letter is changed (Instead of 0JD its 0JG in the report). Would this be a problem in my Visa application? Unfortunately I noticed this after I signed the report as verified. Therefore I am quite hesitant to approach the medical test center team to make the changes as the mistake is on myside. Please share your insights on this.

A barcode separator will use and place on top each pile of relevant documents.This has to be done before you reach the application counter and its more easy for them
