LIMITATION -loan related aspect - whenever
customer signs agreement with bank- this aggrement has specific timing -this called law of limitation
1. time mentioned
2.generally loan agreement -3 years
3. loan limitation is increased when period is increased through some steps
LEASE -facility customer can acquire something through rent without taking loan that means my asset and liabilities is not affected .
letter of credit -buyer -want buy the good
seller -want to sell the good
but they dont believe each other
bank place a role - buyer goes to bank - take letter of credit in favour of seller -if you will provide machinary or nessery document my bank willl pay you -the assurance given by bank on behaf of buyers is called letter credit .
