Hello sir ..I basically do gym but not heavy lifter but somewhere in April 2019 I faced this problem shown to best doctor and he suggest to use belt and added few medicine for a month and later that pain disappear but again I started gym in June 2021 and now I am facing same problem so not sure how to come out from it ..
