One of the most intense games of the decade probably, with many of the danish players playing alongside the Belgium stars on club level. This game was in the red, but a pretty fantastic spectacle. As a danish fan Elkjaers opportunistic winning goal sends chills down my spine in the sweetest way, but I have to say that the 2-0 goal by Vercauteren is AMAZING. Good times :)
Crazy how rough the game was back then. Today this would have ended in numerous red cards and penalties.

The 80s was a plethora of golden generations in most of Western Europe. Dynamite Denmark was the flaring flair while the gritty Belgians were the jack of all trades with world class players in relative positions
I loved this Danish team.
I appreciate the upload and all, but the editing is all over the place. It looks like it is partially filmed with a video camera pointed at a tv and the cuts feel so random and sudden.
