- When we are faced with overwhelming anxiety, stress, depression, and grief, it might feel difficult, if not impossible, to muster up some gratitude. But It's essential to recognize that we all have so much to be grateful for.
Studies have shown that practicing gratitude can improve mood, sleep, immune function, and resilience, as well as reduce anxiety, depression, pain, and risk of injury. Expressing gratitude also helps to build and strengthen relationships.

When i massage my cheeks while watching it, the relaxation and tingles traveled clear to my lower back. The ear massage goes down my neck, and when you guided us to massage our gands at the end, i feel it clear to my FEET!

Thanks Rachel. You are wonderful and these videos are such a restorative reminder for me. I dont think you should ever worry about repetition in your videos... Especially with relaxation and stress release. Often times, i find that these anxiety releasde focused massage videos are a much needed reminder to engage in self care. It's so easy to get caught up in life and forget to do relaxation routines, so getting a video notification from you time to time with these stress release videos is so helpful. Thank youuuuu :))
