Today I review The SmallRig RC 30B. It's a versatile 30W LED video light featuring an adjustable beam angle ranging from 15° to 60°, allowing for smooth and continuous modifications. It delivers superior lighting quality, boasting a Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of 96+ and a Television Lighting Consistency Index (TLCI) of 96+, with a colour temperature range of 2700K to 6500K.
The RC 30B achieves ultra-high brightness, reaching a maximum illuminance of 43,400 lux at a distance of 0.5 meters when set to a 15° angle. It is equipped with a secure locking power cable and offers convenient light control options, including a 4-leaf barndoor and an umbrella hole. Additionally, it features plug-and-play functionality and retains previous settings for colour temperature and intensity. In summary, the SmallRig RC 30B is a compact yet powerful LED light, ideal for a variety of video production needs.
