This ultrasound video is of 35 years female presents in emergency department with history of pain Abdomen and constipation.
On ultrasound Dilated and fluid filled bowel loops seen (stepladder sign seen) showing to and fro peristalsis. Mild interbowel free fluid is noted - these features more likely suggestive of small bowel/jejunal obstruction.
