I've been playing a lot as a naval dive bomber recently and I don't like the fact that I actually never found a naval map. I mean I'm a naval bomber not a ground strike bomber! Will you ever make it so naval bombers and fighters fight on naval maps?

6:26 they say the most powerful bomber of the war, but in game its trash cant defend itself gets destroyed in one shot, and cost 34k to repair but German bombers OP and cost so much less...
Thank you for answering my question and it was quite a surprise to see my name pop up! As a squadron, we have taken an active part in the Naval part of WWM. I'm sure lessons will be learned of what was great and what needs further improvements, however, our main point is that we love to see the developers continue to push the experience above what you get in random battles with WWM and EC. This is much appreciated!
Question: Will we be able to see Vspeeds in aircraft information in the future? It would be helpful to know the Vy and Vx speeds for climbs, Vf and Vfe for flaps, and Vs and Vso for stall speeds!
The problem with a fuel sliding bar is that fuel tanks doesn't work like that. There is several fuel tanks in a plane, the fuel load is set by filling one to all of them, but always picking a center of gravity balance. If you slide to an unnatural amount of fuel, it might mean you fill the center line tanks and only one of the wing tanks. Planes are fueled by filling the center tanks first, and then other tanks in center of gravity sequence, simultaneously. When in flight non central tanks are consumed first equally to keep the balance of the aircraft.
Q: Are there plans to take engine torque/torque converter into account for ground vehicles? Some vehicle such as the AMX-10RC suffer because its torque converter isn't represented leading to massive underperfomances of its engine regarding cross country and max incline climb angle
Hey Gaijin, have you ever considered adding reloading animations to the crew members? It would make tanks like the Flakbus and the YaG-10 feel more realistic because you can actually see the crew.
Something i notice is popular is play custom battles on maps wich has been modified by people using the CDK and a thing you notice is that every map is HUGE and theres a lot of space you can use and tons of things you can do such for example exploration, spend a lot of time going around the map and find incredible locations so here is some questions i have: 1. How the develop team makes the map? What are their reference? 2. Would you cheer up people for do exploration of the map? in my perspective, the develop team does an amazing job with their maps, for example 'secret base at the pacific' (i know is fictional location but is a beautifull looking map) and me, i sometimes like to spend time in maps, specially the new ones and spend a few hours to see how is done but that was in the old times.... the thing is this kind of activity is dying and pretty much everyone in CBs only goes for kill (and i understand because it was the game wants you to do, but you are not forced to do it)
Are you guys planning to add an option so that when we land our planes at airfields (or tanks at cps or home base) we are able to change the load out? Many bring the wrong shell, or set the bomb fuse wrong or bring the wrong items. Or would like to change from bombs to rockets. It would be great to be able to change it (like you can irl).

Proper Ejection seats, movement of wheel while taxing, further improve on the drag chutes (still looks somewhat unrealistic). New AI carriers for jets of their respective eras, catapults etc. New UI for weapon loadout, we select and enter the type and quantity of weapons on the available pylon/weight
Do you plan on making the barrel of the ground units breakable on obstacles. By example if a tank rams at full speed into a building with it's barrel facing forward, it could break. Or get blocked by environment. Keep up the good work !

Hey Gaijin, could you re-add the Maus as a premium tank for the German forces? I know for Xbox players like myself that were not able to earn the Maus and really wanted it that it was disheartening to see when we came into the German ground tech tree that the Mighty Maus isn't available anymore. Im sure plenty of us would like to see her come back as a (expensive) premium. It wont be as prevalent since it'd be an expensive premium but those who really want it might be willing to buy it, thus helping fund this wonderful game.
The Flakpanzer 1 Gepard has 2 engines. The big diesel one at the back and samller 4 cyclinder diesel at the front, where the ammo of the leo 1 would be. The purpose of this engine is to allow the vehicle to fully operate its weapons, while not using the big engine. Reducing fuel and IR emission. So why is this not the case in game. Currently if i turn my enigne off the battery timer will start.

For the love of God, put the 75/43 m43 back at 4.3, this Tank Destroyer used to be enjoyable, It was a fun vehicle and capable vehicle before, It could manage to brawl with other tanks, take some hits, but could still be taken out of course, it was fine where it was, Now this vehicle is useless, now It's armor it's useless and so is it's gun. 5.3-4.3 battles where a nightmare to be in, had to fights hordes of Jumbos, the hated m18, all else, but they were less common, now I have fight these every single Goddamed day, can't pen, or flanks jumbos with this gun, can't survive or outflank M18s, and sometimes even if I put myself at distances, I'll still get killed by a Centurion now and then and can't fight back because my gun can't penetrate anything, the other vehicles have become useless too since I have to drag them to 4.7-5.7, The Breda's 501 can't pen anything, or will meet the m18 if I attempt to flank, the M4 tipo IC is not sufficient either good gun and all, but can't take any hits, It's not fun anymore, it's insufferable now, PLEASE PUT IT BACK TO 4.3!
war lost due lack of participation =( (ye hapenned yesterday), rewards xp and sl gain are much lesser than normal battles and much more time consumming, not mentionig the big umbalancing issues.
I was playing the Kerch-Eltigen Operation, and when i see that there is modes where over 100 Spaa spawns, and barely over 70 total Aircraft spawns. The AA ALWAYS wins. Same With [Conquest#1] mode. For example i played the soviets, and the germans get dive bombers, strike fighters, fighters, while half my team is tanks and we always lose the Battle.
Can we get some attention to Squadron Realistic Events? Would be nice to have them highlighted in one episode and get more people playing it and more squadron participating actively during the seasons

I have one thing about the tank and air battles is make the the spaen where the tanks spawn is have a range to stop spawn camping because there are way too many of it happening

Well i do know that a lot of players love the Swedish Tech tree. But i hate it! I always verse it for example im flying a Yak-3 and i see a J21A and even if i turn, it's so spammy that even if i do some of my best manueveres, it shreds either my tail or both my wings off.
Do you plan to make bombers tougher to kill? I've had a few 50. cal's just tear my Me 264 to pieces while my 20's, 13's and 7.92's might as well have been spitting at it.
OK I asked this earlier but u misunderstood the question: Can the planes that had a built in engine fire extinguisher on board get the option to use it in the game? NO i'm not asking a consumable (like u thought when I asked last time) like we have on tanks, and boats (I still can't understand why we have research it on a vehicle that sits in water btw), to be added to the planes, just on the few models that actually had (like flares)!
Warthunder should make it so you can customise ammo belts in aircraft with avaliable the rounds, then we wont have that issue of that 1 ap round that hits and does nothing

Question: Do different materials, say wood and metal at the same thickness, provide different levels of protection from enemy ammunition? In other words, does thickness *alone* decide how protected you are?
Okay we know that gunpowder can explode but what about those tanks that store their projectiles separately from their powder charges would taking only solid AP shells prevent the projectile stash from detonating?
How do planes extinguish fire? What can we do to make the fire go out faster? I see that it’s kind of random where sometimes it can go out quickly while other times it will burn your plane down from almost no damage. Please explain us a bit about that :D
How are the aerodynamics determined in aircraft? Is it based off of the shape of the aircraft, say, propellers actually provide speed, or the wings actually providing lift, or is it done entirely mathematically, say giving the lift variable of the spitfire a 3 or the engine variable on a flying fortress a 6? Also, does this make it easier or harder to make new planes? Love your work and your voice.
some tanks especially on the US have separated warhead and explosive charge, will it still explode if the enemy hit my warhead if its all solid AP/APCR/Smoke ?
Question: What crew skills apply to which crew member? (let's say you'r gunner gets knocked out and replaced by the Commander) Will the crew skills of the Commander be applied, or the gunner's?

The Hipper and Graf Spee were originally classified as pocket battleships, and even compared to american heavy cruisers, their function had more in common with battleships.
@@bldfr5 wrong, the hipper was always a heavy cruiser and the spee was a so called "Panzerschiff". only the brits called it a pocket battleship. also later in the war the deutschland-class ships were classified as heavy cruisers.
That might be possible next year i guess. This year they specifically mentioned battlecruisers. All depends on the interest from the playerbase. If Naval picks up, who knows they might fast track the naval tree and we might see em sooner.

Question: Who thought 5.7 america needed balancing? The M18 could certainly do with an uptier, but the 76 shermans were fine. I've not heard anyone complain about them, or the T25. I just want to know when you guys are going to back track on this, cause it wasn't needed at all!
Why don't you give the kugelblitz a full Apcr/Hvap belt like it had before cause right now there are spaags at lower ranks with better penetration so no reason not to.
Recently introduced Ba-11 has tracks on its back. There was an information on the forums that it was used to mount on the rear wheels in case of heavy terrain. Could you please consider adding tracks on that vehicle as a modification, or perhaps something like a pre-battle toggle, simmilarly to how you choose ordonance on your aircraft before the battle? Will we see some old events again? Im missing Guardian Angel and Flight of the swallows. I have over 4500 hours of playing war thunder, but for me those were the most enjoyable missions in the game.

Hmm, I've been keep wondering, what would happen if the helicopters or planes gets hit by a smoke shells? The aerial vehicles would go down for sure, but would there be a cloud of smoke haning in the sky?

Play the Japanese Naval planes, those planes gets naval maps 2/3 of the time.

Can we get a more precise way of stowing ammo in tank battles? What I mean is to implement presets like: turret only or hull only, etc.
Things that are too complex tend to not be added to the game, just like the tracks on the BA-11 are not really usable.

I usually cut my engine and the temperature begins to drop, this might be harder if you water is leaking though
I often just open my radiator to the max, turn off engines then dive, work 40% though

normal players can research after 1 major update, check once in a while, Gaijin wont tell you when it could be researched

Well i do know that a lot of players love the Swedish Tech tree. But i hate it! I always verse it for example im flying a Yak-3 and i see a J21A and even if i turn, it's so spammy that even if i do some of my best manueveres, it shreds either my tail or both my wings off.

OK I asked this earlier but u misunderstood the question: Can the planes that had a built in engine fire extinguisher on board get the option to use it in the game? NO i'm not asking a consumable (like u thought when I asked last time) like we have on tanks, and boats (I still can't understand why we have research it on a vehicle that sits in water btw), to be added to the planes, just on the few models that actually had (like flares)!
Warthunder should make it so you can customise ammo belts in aircraft with avaliable the rounds, then we wont have that issue of that 1 ap round that hits and does nothing

Why is it that sometimes an enemy's ammo doesn't explode when most or all of the ammo is hit in a rack?

Okay we know that gunpowder can explode but what about those tanks that store their projectiles separately from their powder charges would taking only solid AP shells prevent the projectile stash from detonating?

What can we do to make the fire go out faster? I see that it’s kind of random where sometimes it can go out quickly while other times it will burn your plane down from almost no damage. Please explain us a bit about that :D

How are the aerodynamics determined in aircraft? Is it based off of the shape of the aircraft, say, propellers actually provide speed, or the wings actually providing lift, or is it done entirely mathematically, say giving the lift variable of the spitfire a 3 or the engine variable on a flying fortress a 6? Also, does this make it easier or harder to make new planes? Love your work and your voice.
some tanks especially on the US have separated warhead and explosive charge, will it still explode if the enemy hit my warhead if its all solid AP/APCR/Smoke ?

When are adding battleships to naval
The Hipper and Graf Spee were originally classified as pocket battleships, and even compared to american heavy cruisers, their function had more in common with battleships.
@@bldfr5 wrong, the hipper was always a heavy cruiser and the spee was a so called "Panzerschiff". only the brits called it a pocket battleship. also later in the war the deutschland-class ships were classified as heavy cruisers.
That might be possible next year i guess. This year they specifically mentioned battlecruisers. All depends on the interest from the playerbase. If Naval picks up, who knows they might fast track the naval tree and we might see em sooner.

Why don't you give the kugelblitz a full Apcr/Hvap belt like it had before cause right now there are spaags at lower ranks with better penetration so no reason not to.
Recently introduced Ba-11 has tracks on its back. There was an information on the forums that it was used to mount on the rear wheels in case of heavy terrain. Could you please consider adding tracks on that vehicle as a modification, or perhaps something like a pre-battle toggle, simmilarly to how you choose ordonance on your aircraft before the battle?
