@@CanYouRollaCrit It's going to be interesting to see what they do with it. The ones I can think of go about shooting twice in unique ways. Maybe they'll give it Shade Runner's Slicing attack but with shooting? Though that might be a bit clunky rules wise. Hopefully we'll see tomorrow.
@@FlorelaFTW Nevermind me, it's a Hot-shot lespistol. Maybe? Idk. It's not a hellpistol. But you get a good look at the power pack when he is downed (7:11) and it looks quite a bit chunkier than normal. So it might be a bit more powerful than a standard laspistol.
I'm more hyped to know about rule changes for the overall game and teams from kill Team 2021. Hopefully they are treated with some dignity and have updated rules and status good enough to continue viable options well into this new version.

So my guess is 10 man Scions with 4 regular troops (as shown in the leak), a leader, coms, medic, sniper and a gunner plus the gunslinger. The big question is if they is a one box team?
Big question for me is if it's a new version will some old kill teams get kicked from the game. I feel like what justifiy GW price + painting time is that figs "last forever" I restarted warhammer this year with KT and would be really diapointed if my Komandos + Krieg would be "outdated"
It looks exciting, I just hope that a) old teams (maybe not Compendium) will remain playable in 3rd Ed, and b) one can actually get one's hands on the starter box...
Depends. It looks like the mission is "Protect giant gun and ammo bay from the Tau operatives." Since you can see the Tau stationary drone being messed with at the beginning after the Pathfinders got "Reversed Drone'd". So, if that last Vespid we saw was actually the LAST one alive. Then the Scions win if the one armed dude manages to kill him. If not, or there are more Vespids in the back, then the Vespids won.
I love weird aliens so I’m super hyped for vespids. All I ask is that they’re not a disappointment like Kroot. I don’t need them to be top tier just not trash with some cool tricks will be perfectly fine. Some melee ability would be greatly appreciated too since their claws are diamond hard and can tear through power armor.

Im hopeful for the new edition, but my group will be perfectly happy to stick with KT21 if necessary. Its not like out books will magically disappear. As for the new teams, dear lord no more 10 man teams. Its been done to death. Give us something new!
It is funny to see Pathfinders gettinf downed by a DRONE. It is propably a frontline firesupport unit to give cover for the arriving squad, similar to the Deathstorm Drop pod with Space Marines.
Not only Pathfinders are dying they are being killed by shooting what do you want more
