If you think I’m going to watch all 42.07 min, you’re right! I did! It was so nice and interesting that I couldn’t stop ♥️ it’s my first time on your channel and I absolutely loved
I honestly like the journal you made. It is the most closest to my aesthetic that I have seen so far compared to the other people I have watched. All content you put in it is mostly I look for in my journal. You have given me much inspiration. Thank you 😊
This is so amazing! I planned to track my reading in a very simple manner but now you’ve got me rethinking it all 😂. Thanks for sharing your great pages!
I WISH I had the skills, resources, space, freedom and money to create fun daily personalised journals like this but anyway thank you again for another great idea!
You don’t need everything I used to create beautiful spreads. Pen, paper and markers will do the job. I’m just lucky to work in the crafting industry. Before then I didn’t have much and still created fun spreads in my journal 🥰
This book journal is GOALS 🔥🔥 Can we talk about all the links you shared below! That is so nice of you to share all that info! I don’t know any other RUclipsr that really puts so much detail into providing recources for their subscribers the way you do! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh my gosh thank you so much dear for your kind words ♥️ I know how frustrating it is to look for a product in a video and not be able to find in the creators description box. Again thank you so much dear 🥰
Thank you so much for mentioning Reading to Zero! I love all your reading spreads, and will definitely be doing some of these for my 2022 journal. Hope your reading goes well!
Thank you so much for sharing the Reading To Zero challenge. I’m excited to start in 2022. I have so many books that need to be read. Love your channel Jacqueline ♥️
This was a such a beautiful flip through. I've started reading journals in plain notebooks and just never got to finishing them. Your A&O layouts are gorgeous!! Nice to look back on for sure!
I’m excited to start a reading journal for 2022. I used to have a book I used in undergrad to keep track of all the books I was reading, with character tables and a brief synopsis. This is so much more fun. ❤️
All I could think about when you replaced your “O” in Bingo was replacing the “I” with a book spine stamp! I always love watching your setup videos! Thanks for sharing Heba!
I throughly enjoined it and such a beautiful reading journal. Was trying to make a note of the stamps being used but lost in the end. So many stamps and used so beautifully. I am definitely going to collect more stamps and start 2022 reading journal same way. Loved it. Thanks for sharing.
Aww thank you so much dear 🥰 I did link all the stamps I used in the discerption box to help you. Some are not available anymore but most are still available 😁
I would never do this for myself, but I have to admit it was fascinating to watch. Love the clear acrylic stamps. Makes it so much easier to get correct placement.
Oooo - I LOVED this. I'm off to get myself ALL THE THINGS. Do you have a 'master list' of stamp sets you own? I'd love to see a list of all the ones you have - like a checklist. Would love a video of you going through them to. Am I weird?!
Oh man that would be a very long list of stamps lol 😂 I am working on sharing a stamp reorganization video on my channel very soon. Maybe it’s time to list all my stamps and share them 🤦🏻♀️ Oh and it’s not weird at all. I would probably ask too. Thank you so much dear ♥️
I’m kind of obsessed with this idea. Your pages are awesome and the amount of reading you do is inspiring. I kept thinking I have the perfect stamp I could use in my collection and then I spotted it in your January and February layout. So cute!
This is the first video I ever saw about reading journals, and the one that set me on a binge and decided me on creating my own! I move a lot so my reading is digital, so my journal is as well, but I copied a lot of stuff from you, and some from other people too. The nice thing is that I can add pages in the middle if I realise I forgot something xD I love how your setup turned out, can't wait to watch you fill it up!
Omg Heba! I’m brand new to your channel and this video blew my mind 😂 Love all your spreads! And those stamps! I never knew such a thing existed (I’m new to journaling). I will definitely be borrowing some ideas from you, thank you! ❤
Ok, your video is lovely and gave me some amazing ideas! But I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THAT RULER IS AND WHERE YOU GOT IT! at 12:33 you use what looks like a ruler that perfectly lines up with the dot grid! Every Archer and Olive journal I use, I have to do a grid page in the back where I have all the possible spacing that I use. It's a great page to have, but it's sometimes hard to use when I'm having to jump back and forth!
Aww thank you so much 🥰 I love my little gird ruler and a lot of people asked me about it. The reason why I didn’t link it is because the owner of the shop I bought it from has gone off line for a while now. But maybe you can stock her shop 😂 It’s on Etsy and she has a website called Inked By Jeng. I hope you can find one for yourself.
I just saw your channel and love your book journal ideas. I might create a space of it in my travelers notebook hopefully I can keep track of my reading. I feel I usually give up halfway but I will do my best. And love your positiveness about how things are not usually perfect. Sometimes that is what prevents me from doing something.
I have been anticipating this video! Thank you for doing the flip through from 2021. I loved your 2021 setup, and it was fun to see how it turned out. I love your new additions!!
Heba, you are completely amazing! Your flip thru of 2021 was breathtaking! Your new 2022 is just wonderful. I love that you document so many different parts of your life. You are such an inspiration to me!! ❤️❤️❤️
Your journal is amazing! Given me so much inspiration to get mine done, I have some pens arriving Today and then going to get started. Never thought of using stamps in it and some of those fonts are fab. Thanks for the inspiration!
I saw that you read also read before we were yours. I did not see how many stars you gave it, but I really liked it and it might be my favorite book ever.
ooo I love all of the spreads! and even without stamps, I think it's pretty manageable to do. I don't give myself challenges so any book spread would be more about logging the books I read and favourites, since I tend to mood read and not set a TBR. Saving this for inspiration!
I really enjoyed this video Heba, your reading journal is very thorough! I like that all of the spreads are "optional." I'm not a volume reader at all, so the page numbers and number of book type spreads are not for me, but the review type spreads and bookshelf(ie) ideas are right up my alley, and I love the idea of Reading to Zero! I'm also a big stamper, so I like that you incorporate your stamps! I think the A to Z spread is interesting, I have a friend who is on a mission to read a book by an author from every country -- obviously that's not a one year project! Thanks for sharing your ideas, and your own inspiration for your spreads!
Yes, you can definitely choose and pick which spreads make it in your own notebook. That’s what I do when I watch other creators share their spreads. Thank you so much dear for your kind words. I hope you get to make your own reading journal. By the way that’s a great challenge 😁
I decided to start a reading bullet journal for the first time and I am so anxious about the process so I've been on a deep dive through youtube for a bunch of ideas and inspiration. Your video was so well done and detailed, and I loved how you used all the different stamps! 😍
Aww thank you so much dear for your kind words 🥰 It means the world to me. I’m so happy my video was helpful and gave you some inspiration for your own reading journal.
If you had a color toner of inkjet printer, you could use normal matter sticker paper instead of photo paper to print a single full sticker page of a month or year or TBR list of book cover thumbnails. Then as you finish a book, just cut it out and stick it in your journal.
That’s a wonderful idea. My problem is my home printer isn’t the best and I hate the quality of my printer. But I’m gonna try again and see if my printing on sticker paper is any betters. Thank you dear ♥️
I LOVED this video! It really helped me so much. I like the idea of setting up for the entire year all at once. I’ve been struggling trying to figure out how I want to set up my first reading journal and watching this video was the inspiration I needed. It was like the light bulb came on and created cold fusion at the same time 🤗
Just stumbled across this video! Loved it! Of course I want ALL the things, but most, if not all, are sold out. I’m so hoping the calico corner book stamp set returns soon..love that one! Thank you for sharing your beautiful journal!
Thank you so much Sally 🥰 I’m actually working on a class that will go up for sale next month sharing how to put your own journal together. But for the fold out you could use washi tape or a piece of paper to create a hung for your page.
@@MyLittleJournal Thank you SO much and I will look out for that class to help me put my journal together! I have assembled all my pens, A & O journal, etc., ready to shamelessly copy your ideas. Looking forward to it 👍👍🤩🤩
Hi Heba, after watching your plan for the year video, I finally pulled the trigger and ordered an Archer and Olive Notebook (they had a nice sale on the one I got) and some of the Acrylograph markers. My goodness, is it the fanciest, loveliest journal I've ever owned. The marker colors are so beautiful too and I can't wait to use them in my journal for 2022. Thanks for all your inspiration. Your book journal came out beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Yes!! I totally agree!! Their journals and markers are the prettiest and fanciest stationary out there. I’m such a big fan. Thank you a million dear 🥰 I hope you enjoy your new journal and get to document all the special moments in yours ♥️
Thank you for this very good journaling video. I got a lot of information and inspiration out of it! Could you tell us more about how you will use your month overvieuw? The one showed on 39:23. Which way do you fill it, what do you use the large large space in the squares for?
Thank you so much dear 🥰 I will use the boxes to track how long it takes me to finish a book. So if I start reading a book on the first, I will write the title of the book I'm reading, and when I finish the book for example on the 5th I will write down finished. I might use markers in the same color to see them better. I hope that makes sense.
Heba!!! I love the video. It is my favorite video of the year. I hope to incorporate some of your ideas. Thank you for reminding me that I have the large Paperperson stamp set. I had to look through my stamps to find it. lol
You are very welcome dear friend 😂 I sometimes need to be reminded of stamps that I forget I had 🤦🏻♀️ I hope you share your spreads I would love to see how they turn out.
I just found your channel and I am loving your videos! What is your secret for making your charts so perfect? Your reading journal is amazing! Thank you for sharing!!!
Aww welcome to my channel dear ♥️ Thank you so much for your kind words. I’ve been doing the charts for years that I simply copy my own measurements lol 😂 I count the dots and use a ruler 😁
I LOVE this video and all of your ideas. If I was Time magazine, Heba, you would be my person of the year for 2021. Also, I think on our next Peach Zoom crafty time, we should play Heba bingo and "cohesive" would be one of the spots for sure. You are just the best...such great tips to break away from the pressure of perfectionism and still make an amazing journal. The only thing I can't wait for more than this video is your daily planner set up for 2022. :)
Man if I was NYtimes person of the year and on their cover I would totally represent our little community with style. I’ll be holding a pair of scissors in one hand and double sided tape in the other 😂 I love the bingo idea. I think I might have my peaches fill that bingo card out for me. You guys know me way to well and would know what to put on there. Thank you a million dear Amanda. I am hoping to post my Daily Journal set up very soon. It’s gonna be HUGE 😂
For my audiobook spread, I'd write the book title in the player where it would eventually be covered by the photo. Then after 6 audiobooks, I'd print the covers as 2×2 squares on a 4×6 photo paper.
Looks like you had a blast setting your new book out xx I had to have a chuckle at the title ' Buddy reading big books with Liz' We nickname our Queen 'Liz' Now I will always think you are reading these books with our Queen lol lol I love that xx Totally enjoyed the video, thank you xx
Thank you for your inspiration! I’ve decided I’m going to start a reading journal in 2022 and the ideas in your video are awesome! Would you be so kind as to tell me how can I print the book covers in the two sizes that you used for the journal??? I would be really grateful!!! Thanks!!!
Thank you so much dear 🥰 I use a Canon Ivy printer (it’s linked in my amazon shop) it prints on sticker paper. I then use my PicFrame app to make a two photo collage for the larger book cover and for the smaller book covers I use the collage with 8 slots. Once you print them you will get the small photos I use in my journal. I hope that helps. If you want to know more about PicFrame I have a few tutorials on my channel sharing a bit about my photo printing and sizing 😁🥰
I decided to do a bullet journal for my reading journal this year but was so intimidated because I’m not great at drawing. I totally forgot that I have stamps that I haven’t used in ages. Thanks for reminding me.
Oh I love these reading journal, and especially the book stamps you used. I tried to find them about the links you put in the description box. the book stamps you use in your daily reading challence on 11.25 are they from paper person? I find only audio stamps on her side, but not that one you have there?
Ya, a lot of these stamps are older or they are sold out. It’s hard linking them because they don’t have them on the site anymore. But I would keep checking because they bring them back every once and a while. Thank you dear 🥰
Thank you so much dear 🥰 I actually use a collage app. Btw I have a reading journal class in my Etsy shop where I share details of photo printing, measurements and I even have printables for those who just want to print and go 😁 You can find the link in the discerption box
Hi! I love your page! I love watching journaling videos! Where did you get the book stamps? I looked on Amazon under Studio Calico but can’t find the books. 😭
Oh I have them all linked in the discerption box. Some might be sold out but you can always keep checking back they always restock them 😁 Thank you dear ♥️
Thank you dear 🥰 I’ll be sharing the notebook as I work in it. But my flip through of last years notebook is basically sharing how I use these spreads.
I loved the "Read More Books" page with the covers of all the books. Did you just do a screen print/snip from a web page and resize them, then print? It looks like they are on glossy paper, and the quality of the print is so good. Would love to know exactly how you did this. Cheers!
Thank you so much dear ♥️ I actually use my Ivy Canon printer to print them. I prefer printing them with a photo printer over printing them on regular paper.
This looks so fun. Unfortunately, I don’t have the patience or dedication to do something like this. But I really enjoyed watching you do it.
I totally understand 😁 Thank you dear 🥰

How clever Jess. That would look so cute too.
Oh that’s actually a great idea Jess. I wish I thought of that lol 😂

I am so in love with your ideas 💡 😍. Never thought to use stamps. I would really enjoy all the book stamps. Awesome.

Such an ambitious and creative journal! 🤯😍
Thank you so much dear 🥰
I love this set up so much!
Thank you 🥰
A-MA-ZING!! I loved it so much!!
Oh thank you a million dear 🥰
I just found your channel and I am loving your videos! What is your secret for making your charts so perfect? Your reading journal is amazing! Thank you for sharing!!!
Aww welcome to my channel dear ♥️ Thank you so much for your kind words. I’ve been doing the charts for years that I simply copy my own measurements lol 😂 I count the dots and use a ruler 😁
Incredible! Stealing some ideas for my reading journal!🤭
Steal away 😁🥰
Heba como admiro tu constancia y tu preparación para tu Journal felicitaciones 😙🥰
Aww thank you so much dear friend 🥰
I LOVE this video and all of your ideas. If I was Time magazine, Heba, you would be my person of the year for 2021. Also, I think on our next Peach Zoom crafty time, we should play Heba bingo and "cohesive" would be one of the spots for sure. You are just the best...such great tips to break away from the pressure of perfectionism and still make an amazing journal. The only thing I can't wait for more than this video is your daily planner set up for 2022. :)
Man if I was NYtimes person of the year and on their cover I would totally represent our little community with style. I’ll be holding a pair of scissors in one hand and double sided tape in the other 😂
I love the bingo idea. I think I might have my peaches fill that bingo card out for me. You guys know me way to well and would know what to put on there.
Thank you a million dear Amanda. I am hoping to post my Daily Journal set up very soon. It’s gonna be HUGE 😂
This is soooo amazing! Thank you for sharing your ideas and work!
Thank you a million dear ♥️
This is great and so inspiring. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much ♥️
This is so nice. :) I have a pre-made book journal, but this is making me think about making some spreads to tape into it.
Oh you can definitely do that. I’ve seen people add to their pre made journals. Thank you dear 🥰
I love this, thank you for sharing XX 🥰🌈💖❄️☃️🎅🏼🌲
Many thanks dear 🥰♥️
For my audiobook spread, I'd write the book title in the player where it would eventually be covered by the photo. Then after 6 audiobooks, I'd print the covers as 2×2 squares on a 4×6 photo paper.
Oh that's such a great idea. Thank you for sharing that with me 🥰
I thought you drew all that but was actually stamps!! That is so cool! 😭
Nope, I like to use my stamps. It’s faster and I will always get a perfect image 😁 Thank you dear 🥰
Lol 😂 Man that would be pretty awesome but I consider Elizabeth a queen so it works for me 😁
So creative and pretty! Are you finding the size works for you this year so far? It's an A5, correct?
Yes, I’ve always worked in an A5 for my reading journal. It’s not to big or too small it’s the perfect size for a reading journal. Thank you dear 🥰
Loved your set up! Where is the template/ruler you're using during your Daily Reading Challenge?
Thank you a million dear 🥰 I got that from an Etsy shop called Inked by Jeng 😁
Thank you for your inspiration! I’ve decided I’m going to start a reading journal in 2022 and the ideas in your video are awesome! Would you be so kind as to tell me how can I print the book covers in the two sizes that you used for the journal??? I would be really grateful!!! Thanks!!!
I want to know this too! I love the little books covers. That would be fun to add to my planner as I read a book.
Thank you so much!!!
This is amazing!!
Aww thank you so much 🥰
So anxious to start reading and participating in the book club again!!!
I would love that Liz ❤️
I decided to do a bullet journal for my reading journal this year but was so intimidated because I’m not great at drawing. I totally forgot that I have stamps that I haven’t used in ages. Thanks for reminding me.
You are very welcome 🥰 I’m in the same boat that’s why I love using my stamps.
Love it so much!
Thank you so much dear 😘
This is so beautiful...so neat n pretty😀💖
Aww thank you so much dear ♥️
wow that's quite the large collection of stamps. I always make a big mess whenever I use stamps. I'm jealous of your stamping skills :D
I’ve been stamping for a very long time. It’s simple all in the ink pad and of course practice. Thank you dear 🥰
That book shelf is gorgeous:) please teach how to:)
Thank you so much 🥰 I will be doing a class on putting together your book journal.
Very inspiring ❤️ especially at the beginning of a new year 😁
Thank you a million dear ♥️
I like the spreads. Very nice. What does TBR stand for?
Thank you so much. It means To Be Read 😁
Your reading journal is so pretty!!! I love how it's set up!!!
Aww thank you so much dear 🥰
Major stamp envy!
🥰
Oh I love these reading journal, and especially the book stamps you used. I tried to find them about the links you put in the description box. the book stamps you use in your daily reading challence on 11.25 are they from paper person? I find only audio stamps on her side, but not that one you have there?
Ya, a lot of these stamps are older or they are sold out. It’s hard linking them because they don’t have them on the site anymore. But I would keep checking because they bring them back every once and a while. Thank you dear 🥰
Gorgeous journal!!
Thank you 🥰
I love every little thing in Your journal :)
Aww thank you so much dear 🥰
Will there be any online classes on book journals? This is so inspiring.
I'm considering it. If I do put up a class I will announce it here on my channel 🥰
I love your set up, how do you print the book covers the same size?
Thank you so much dear 🥰 I actually use a collage app. Btw I have a reading journal class in my Etsy shop where I share details of photo printing, measurements and I even have printables for those who just want to print and go 😁 You can find the link in the discerption box
I hope Studio Calico restocks those stamp sets!
Me too! But they are pretty good at restocking.
Hi
I loved this video and it inspired me so much.
I would really love if you could show me how to use all the spreads
Thank you dear 🥰 I’ll be sharing the notebook as I work in it. But my flip through of last years notebook is basically sharing how I use these spreads.
I loved the "Read More Books" page with the covers of all the books. Did you just do a screen print/snip from a web page and resize them, then print? It looks like they are on glossy paper, and the quality of the print is so good. Would love to know exactly how you did this. Cheers!
Thank you so much dear ♥️ I actually use my Ivy Canon printer to print them. I prefer printing them with a photo printer over printing them on regular paper.
