If you like mysteries, try Sue Grafton’s series that starts with “A is for Alibi.” She goes through the whole alphabet until Y, which is when she died. But that would get you closer to completing your A-Z challenge.
@@MyLittleJournal They are classics, so the early ones are a bit dated (the main character is a PI so she doesn't use modern tech in the early books). I love the series, though. Kinsey is so unsentimental and independent. Grafton created the modern female PI prototype.
What a great idea!! I really need to get back to reading. I love the idea of challenging myself to read more and more out of my comfort zone, and to keep track!! So glad I discovered your channel!!
0:52 This was the coolest bookshelf design I've seen so far. There's actual room to write the book titles! The books I read always seem to have titles that are way too long to write in most of these types of layouts lol
Yes, that was so important to me that the books have enough space to write a title. I hate having to shrink down my title. Then you can barley see it. Thank you dear ♥️
This is such a simplistic yet gorgeous setup! I love all of these spreads! I'm definitely going to incorporate the Every Night Challenge into my 2023 journal as well as the Goodreads spread. I just subscribed as well to see all your amazing content.
I love that you set up your journal for the whole year because I find it so hard to keep up with set up every month. It just becomes overwhelming for me and I end up spending hours on planning and setting it up that I don’t want to do it every month!! I also love the Stamps, its so easy, quick, and it’s neatly done :) Definitely going to look into adding this into my bullet journal to make it easier for me!
I feel the same way and that’s why I set it up this way. You do it once and that’s it. No need to deal with it each month. Ain’t nobody got time for that lol 😂 Thank you dear 🥰
So this starts out as a blank journal and then you do all that art and layouts?? Holy cow that is incredible...you are a very talented artist!! This is why I'm going to Etsy to buy one because I could never create one like this!👏👏
Thank you for your inspiration. I am going to use some of these in my reading journal. I hope I can find stamps like you were using. You have an awesome journal.
I loved this and I'm just about finished setting up my journal...thank you so much for the inspiration! I think I found the stars you use in my stash...the Studio Calico Television set (or at least it has the stars and worked perfect for me). Off to finish!
I just found your channel and love it. I am going to recreate your reading journal for 2022. I just ordered my first A&O and was able to find the stamp sets on AliExpress.
I love your book journal so much! I wish I had thought to do this. I don’t know if I’m disciplined enough to read every night. I go through spurts. I’ll sometimes read every night and go through several books quickly, and then I’ll not read any for awhile. Anyway, your journal inspires me. Thanks for sharing!
Love your Archer & Olive Book videos! It's such a fun book. I use a plain notebook and goodreads to keep tracks of my reading, but I'm tempted to try your method too :)
I track mine on GoodReads as well but I love tracking it in my reading journal. It’s just fun and a great journal to look back on. Thank you so much dear 🥰
This is such a good idea! I am an avid reader but can’t ever remember titles and Authors. Sadly won’t be able to get hold of the stamp sets you use, so I’ll have to get drawing! Thank you Heba (and a happy and peaceful New Year xx)
Oh thank you so much Heather 😘 If you are a reader then you definitely need to create a few spread to document your reading. I love looking back at the end of the year and seeing all the books I read. Btw I recommend clicking on SC notify me button. This helps them know that people want that stamp set and they will bring it back 😁😘
Awesome set up! :) Love that book shelfie! :) I have never been a big book reader and now since my fatigue syndrome I have problems with my concentration... :( I hope that you achieve your book goal! :) Big hugs, dear!

Love the choice of fonts and envy your selection. I am building my inventory, but it's spendy. I wish the book stack stamp wasn't sold out everywhere. :(
Thank you dear 🥰 It took me years to build my collection. I recommend to start slow and wait for big sales like Black Friday. Good luck dear and make sure to click the notify me button on the stamp set because they always do restocks on popular stamps. ♥️
Oh My Word! Heba! Very Inspiring! Did you do a flip thru of last year's Book Planner Journal? Maybe it will be inspiring tracking it>>you know, filling it in. I am definitely going to add it to my BuJo. I love the Book STAMP. SO CUTE!!

Love these creative ideas for tracking your reading and am joining the book club! I was wondering if your reading journal pages are available to see anywhere else, like photos of each page? Thanks!
Love some of these spreads! I'll definitely be borrowing a couple of them :) I like that mini alphabet stamp set you used while stamping the 'Every Night Challenge' header. Would you be able to tell me the name of that set or where you got them? I like the lettering. Thx!
Thank you so much ♥️ That is an old Studio Calico alpha stamp. I don’t believe it’s available anymore and I don’t know the name but Kerri Bradford has a similar stamp set. I would check her site
This is great! I use a Happy Planner for my daily journal/planner. It has the tracker in the front and I think I might do a daily challenge. I already document what I'm reading & the reviews in the spreads as I finish the books. I do love the idea of having a separate journal though! I know you love your Kindle and I'm actually looking into getting one. I was worried I would miss the feel of a book in my hand...so I've been reading on my iPad just to see what I would think, but I'd like to get something less straining on my eyes. I'm curious what type of Kindle you use? Paperwhite? Also do you have the ad free or with ads? Are the ads distracting (pop up while reading, etc)? Sorry for all the questions, but I don't know anyone who uses one and there are just so many options!
Hi Kelly, I totally recommend the Kindle Paper-white. It doesn’t strain your eyes while reading. It’s just like reading a physical book. I got one years ago because my bookshelves couldn’t take any more books. I also got the kindle with ads. There is no pop up ads, you will only see an ad when you first open your kindle. There is no pop up ads while you read. Literally just one ad once you open up your kindle. So I definitely recommend to get it with ads you won’t even notice it 😁 You can also create book folders/collections on your kindle to control clutter. I have a folder for my book samples, a folder for books I read and one for books I want to read. It’s worth every penny 😁 btw if you start a small journal you have to share it with me I would love to see how you document your reading for 2021 😘
