Thank you so much for your video! I am 63 and have arthritis but bought this tiller in hopes of doing a bit of gardening myself here in Missouri. You have a beautiful place! Thank You Again!
Thank you for posting this video. I also bought one of these tillers recently. Trying it out for the first time yesterday, I was impressed by its ability to chew through rocks as well as hard-packed clay. The only time it faltered was when a large flat rock got jammed between the tines and the gear box. This required a few smacks with a rubber mallet to dislodge. Definitely pleased with my Sun Joe!
That looks awesome. I think you convinced me to get one. Seems like a great tiller and at a fair price too. I have much softer soil in Washington so I think I'll be good. Thank you.
Thanks for watching. At my age it is a lot easier to handle than a full size tiller. So far it has been very durable. If you dig in grass you have to take time to clean the tines off regularly.
This is a really good tiller. I havent pulled up so much centipedes before. It tills way better than my weedwacker attachment type tiller and was heavier too.
Thanks very much. I've had mine for two years now and I just planted part of my garden this week. For me it is so much better than a gas tiller. I'm in N.W. Georgia and I have the red clay also. If you are tilling where there is grass then the first time is hard. You have to clean all of the grass roots out of the blades. That is a pain but you have to do that enen with a gas tiller. I still love mine. Calvin
Man that thing sounds better than my stereo and the music wow but I just know moma aint gone let me drag that in the house and plug it in by the couch when Im finished tillin though dern it.
Your lot looks like it was tilled with a big machine first, was it? I have a Troy-built gas tiller that does a great job, but get'n old & look'n for some thing I don't have to deal with carbatrators & pull starts. I used a friends Greenworks 8.5-Amp & it worked well but it was pretty light, had to make lots of passes compared to Troy. That looks light as well.
Thanks for watching. This is my garden spot that I have every year. It was tilled with a regular tiller the year before. The electric tiller is not going to get as deep as a regular tiller but it worked great for me last year. This year I haven't tilled yet. I'm trying the back to eden style of gardening. So far I'm undecided about whether I like that or not. Have a great weekend, Calvin and Marie
Hi there. Thanxs for the video. I will be using machine in my backyard that's mostly hard packed clay with deep rooted well established weeds (of all sorts) in it. Do u think this tiller will be about to break the ground, till and rip/turnover the roots from deep with in.
Thanks for watching. The tiller will dig in that type soil but it will be difficult the first time. You will need to stop and clean the grass and weeds out of the blades and not let them get to many on the blades. The tiller will work great after you get your garden area established the first time.
Thanks for watching. I usually plant differently each year. This is a link to a video showing most of my garden from last year. This year I will probably plant less. I say that every year. Have a great week, Calvin and Marie
I really appreciate your review I’m concerned about the power required to run to 13amp Unit versus getting a 6.5 amp unit plus the 13 amp has wheels in the 6.5 does not could you please comment on my concern I also live in Georgia and have the clay issue to deal with
I'm not familiar with the 6.5 amp tiller. I just ran mine with a regular 100' drop cord and had no problems. The biggest downside is that if you till in grass, you have to keep the blades cleaned off.

Thank you! You were the first video that demonstrated how well this machine works. I am going to get one ASAP.
Thanks for watching. It does a good job for our small garden area.

Works well on clay, your review proved to me this product was the one I need. Thank you for the help!
Thanks for watching. The first cut through the red clay is difficult with any kind of tiller. I've had this one for two years now and I still love it.
I shore do miss that Red dirt.....I was born and raised in Geneva County alabama
It did the trick. No gassing up or problems with stale gas after sitting all winter. I can see the advantage of a electric tiller.
My thoughts exactly, especially for a small garden. Thanks for watching, have a great day... Calvin
Southern Country Living I was just counting the internal combustion engine on the property and I’ve got at lease 10-11 I’m not keen on add any more.
I got my work out this weekend with my tiller! Looks good!
Thanks for watching, the rollers will give you a work out for sure. Have a great day... Calvin

Thanks for watching. Yes I just used mine this week to go through my whole garden to get it ready for next spring.
Calvin
You sold me on this, looks good.
Thanks for watching and commenting. It is low cost, easy to operate and does a great job.
Perfect! Just what I needed to see. I am in Georgia and our red clay can be hard as a brick.

@@SouthernCountryLiving any suggestions for soil amendments since that should be my next step?
Nothing that I do seems to help this red clay
Thanks for great video. Can you do a video on what u will plant in that space? I have a plot the same size.

Great job! How many square feet you got per hour?
It took about 30 minutes to do that area. It is red clay but I keep it broken up for my garden. Thanks for watching
buen video, esta es una herramienta muy útil y de gran ayuda...saludos
Gracias por ver
How deep will it till?
Thanks for watching, it tills 8 inch deep.
you supposed to be pulling this, not pushing
