Wow, this was, by far, the most straightforward and useful video I have ever seen on RUclips. Most of the time, I get confused with where and why they add those crescent-shaped strands on some parts of the hair, mostly 'cause they never even explained. It was so helpful to see where to erase and join the strands and your use of a different colour to do the details helped to understand how they are layering.. Im gone cry now 🥹

They're hypnotizing. This is a great tutorial too. I always wondered why my hair looks so stiff and blocky until now lol. The breakdown of the 5 different types of hair strands was what I was looking for this entire time without knowing. I know you probably don't take request, but I'd love to see a tutorial on drawing expressions and how it affects the eye shape - that's something that I struggled with alot. Especially when it comes to keeping the character's eye shape consistent. I'd love to learn how to improve that from an experienced artist like you. Anyway, underrated channel. Ahh that's a happy coincidence! Glad to know it could help. Honestly long hair was always a thing I struggled with but when you keep the rendering simple but focusing on a nice silhouette / shape it becomes pretty easy :) good luck on your process!

@@kurohshiro If you ask me, I think your style has become very prominent and your rendering have also become more stylized. Just keep up the good work and keep being a big inspiration for me and everyone. OOH one last thing, if anything you have to make a guide on 'hands'. Out of all the artists I've seen, I think your way is the best, even 'sexy'..not in a weird way though 😂.
