I would say it's about roster construction. You can't have consistency when you overhaul the roster every year. Scrapping that team that won in 2020 was a mistake as they only lost the next year because AD pulled his groin in the playoffs.

As a Laker fan, I think I am going to stop watching ESPN videos on RUclips. I will watch these clips on one of the knockoff RUclips channels instead, but they aren't going to get clicks from me anymore. I'm not watching again until they choose to cover us the way they cover the Warriors, Celtics, Cowboy, or Yankees.

Since the Lakers' organization decided not to hire Monty Williams as the next head coach, I truly believe the organization is definitely not committed to winning or contending for NBA Championships in the near future. Truly a missed opportunity!
