30 Min FULL BODY STABILITY BALL WORKOUT at Home

  • Dust off your stability ball and let’s get an awesome workout on hitting the hamstrings, glutes, core, abs and upper body!
    The stability ball will make every single movement very unstable so you will be using more stabilising muscle than other exercises. Try to keep steady, breath and keep core tight when needed.
    The exercises are performed for 40 seconds each, 20 seconds rest before moving onto next exercise. Once we complete one round, we repeat!
    DOUBLE LEG ROLL OUT
    SINGLE LEG ROLL OUT
    SINGLE LEG ROLL OUT
    DOUBLE LEG HOLD
    DOUBLE LEG ROLL OUT
    AB BALL PASS
    LEG LOWER
    CRUNCH
    PLANK TO PIKE
    PLANK TO TUCK
    PUSH UP
    ALTERNATING LEG RAISE
    PLANK HOLD
    PLANK SAW
    PLANK CIRCLES (change direction 1/2 way)
    Please ensure to make this stability ball workout work for you! Simply drop to knees when needed for a moment or bent at knee when doing leg lowers.

    I recently bought a stability ball because i thought the workouts wouldnt be as hard... I can barely finish any workout lol..its super hard because it engages so many small stability muscles in the body that were dormant most of my life. I love it but its super hard in the beginning..i dont even dare to do this one yet...omg

    I loved it, but it's honestly one of the most challenging workouts I've ever done. Weight training is easy peasy compared to this, so I probably need to do this more often!

    I try to do this routine at least 2 times a week - it was one of the things that literally saved my lower back from all the new aches and pains that appeared because of quarantine and being at home so much. I've never seen a stability ball workout like it! Thank you!

      It’s a good one for sure. I’ve only done it twice, and thankfully was able to do it mostly in full the second time. Those single leg ext are tufffff!

    I've done all the Epic series and this was a struggle! It takes way more muscles working together to keep the ball from shaking. Nice to workout differently from just weights or body weight alone. More stability ball full body workouts please!

    Stick with it! I just completed it complete for the first time ever. Took about 12 tries. I could do about 3 sets of 8 for v-ups before i started to try this. So it might take a bit for people starting from scratch. Starting to see that 6 pack definition now because of this! Thanks! Do not give up everyone!

    omg, this was so much harder than i thought, my abs are on fire! this workout made me realize i have so much to improve... the pike and leg raises are still impossible for me, but i'm not giving up! i'm definitely going to incorporate this workout on my routine. thank you!

    I loved it, from the first exercise you can feel that you are working, I thought several times about giving up but thinking that there were only 2 rounds helped me to hold on until the end. I don't know how my body will be tomorrow but it has filled me with happiness to find a video to exercise with fitball so good and so well directed. Thank you!!!!

    Plank circles was the most difficult move. I was able to keep up but i need to keep on doing the workout to better my form. Thanks for the cool video

    I just did this workout this & I must say that it slowly broke me off. I didn’t think I was going to finish the 2nd half, but I bully thru it. After the stretching, I must say I’m feeling pretty good to start the morning

    I finally got to do this one and OMG!!! There are stability ball workouts and then there’s your stability ball workout. Not gonna lie. Had to do some of it on my knees. But what a great workout. My hamstrings and abs are on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I already know I’ll be coming back to this one so I can step up my game. Thanks, Caroline!!!

    This workout just goes to show what an underrated piece of equipment the fitness ball is especially at the super low price they cost. It also goes to show how, in the hands of a professional, this friendly looking device can cause so much intense pain. 🤣 I’ll definitely be back to do this one many more times, what a great workout. 💪

    Hello Caroline...... Hello all. Great 30 minute stability ball workout, just what I needed for Saturday during week 6 of Epic Heat 🔥. Great all over body exercises, it works the primary and non primary muscles which is really beneficial.     Very advanced workout. Definitely needed round 2 to help refine the movements. Normally I hate workouts where moves repeat but repeated moves were Definitely needed in this workout to help get the moves down a bit better.

    The plank circles and single leg raises were tough. My balance is not the best. I just started using a ball and don’t have it down. Thanks. This was a nice change to my normal routines. Will definitely try it again.

    I did, I lead a Zoom workout 2x/week for seniors and was looking for more ideas using the Fit/Stability Ball. You Rocked it! One more thought would be to alternate between muscle groups to eliminate the 20 sec rest between exercises. Cheers
