I agree. And to all people commenting that she should sell the land - its not a long term solution because on new land these sicks will just need a hint, photo that she lives there and we got a circle situation. Best way if she still wants to do content like that would be to fight them with proper ways. The best would be to find some1 to partner on that way or journey of life. This is 21th century it’s NOT really safe living like that in the mountains maybe if she would live like that girl in Scandinavia with reindeers where weather is tough for traveler etc. Greets Eva from longterm Polish subscriber! Be brave and stop giving them attention in your videos cuz it’s not a best way to fight with them.
@@majkooll yes !! on another land is the same game - to bond with some1 and prepare for coming times would be the BEST ! But not all mans out there are sick nor psychopathic - and it is much safer to figure this out with a partner or some more people together.
Dear Eva, please never address the stalker directly in your videos. It will encourage him to continue. These are sick people. They don't "function" like healthy people. Please do a bit of research on the topic of stalking. And: Always trust your intuition. Fear is a helpful feeling that protects us. I wish you the very best. Stay safe. Thank you for all the years of content, that empowers women to do their thing. 💛
I agree. Part of this video makes me really uncomfortable for Eva. I understand trying to feel empowered by shouting that you won't be afraid or stopped, but it's just throwing down a challenge to the stalker(s).
A lot of people have commented on the risks of staying in that location already. I'd like to raise a slightly different aspect, contradicting something I heard in the video. I don't think it's a good idea to associate daylight with safety, and darkness with danger. I know, this is a built-in primal response that all humans have, but for the kind of danger we are looking at here this is irrational. I would think that people are more likely to be out in the woods searching during daytime. Of course there are some benefits of doing that at night - lights pinpointing the target location from miles away, and maybe the ability to exploit reduced alertness of the target (aka "sleep" :-) ). But for many people the difficulty of navigating a forest in darkness, and possibly giving away their own location due to having to use flashlights, might outweigh the benefits of a nighttime approach. If you are in a remote area, who is going to come to your defense, even in the middle of the day? On a related note, if you want to escape from a situation at night like in the last video, using a bright headlight to light your path is a very bad idea, giving away your current position and direction of movement too easily. In the military we used flashlights with red or green filters. Those give you enough light to see where you are going, but are a lot harder to see from a distance.
@@chrisgemmix0815 wow, so many very important and useful tips! I would love to just take a course or a training to be more self prepared for these and many more situations. Thanks for your input!
Ive been pushed out of two homes now because of male stalkers/harassers in my neighborhood. Normal men don't behave that way. Unfortunately abnormal people exist and get real predatory once they've determined a woman is alone, especially if you don't have effective police protection, which is notably lacking in California, USA where I just left.
Eva made one mistake. she posted about her friend's airbnb, and reported that it was adjacent to her land. that's it. and she can never go back to that land because now she's a public figure. that was her single mistake. it was not a mistake to buy the land, or share that she bought it. it was a mistake to share her waypoint. People say that her location can be determined by Ridgeline photographs and that may be true but one thing I know to be true is the vast majority of people are lazy. The sharing of the adjacent Airbnb opened up a way to find her in seconds for almost anyone on earth . Eek. When I heard her say those words, I literally felt a gut punch. I knew in that moment she’d have to move off the land. if I were to advise her, sell the land immediately , get an attorney to set up a land trust and perhaps an LLC, and have your trust or LLC buy a new plot of land so your personal name is not tied to the land in any way, and take extraordinary measures to keep the location private. No photos. No video. Keep your channel about travel, not the place that you live. Selling your land is not giving in, it's not being a victim, it's just smart given that all of the crazy people that want to know where Eva is, now have that location saved in their phone and pinned on a map. That cannot be undone. Legal action will not save her, it's an aftermeasure at best. If she doesn't sell it, she should start a glamping business on it or something. In this video, she's appealing to the sane, reasoning person. Most of us fall into that category. She must realize that her audience is filled with sane, reasoning people, who love her in a healthy way, but also mentally unstable people who will not listen to her very reasonable, sane arguments. Unfortunately, those mentally unstable people love her in a very unhealthy way. A friend of mine is a security consultant and I just spoke with him about 10 minutes ago. He said that there is 100% chance that there are thousands of men that watch her RUclips videos who are mentally unstable and also have the means to find her for whatever reason they convince themselves of. It’s been happening for decades to Hollywood celebrities and probably hundreds of years to stage celebrities . Right now, in 2024 the unfortunate reality is one can become just as much or more of a celebrity on RUclips as in the past in Hollywood - so the same security and privacy rules apply to Eva as someone like Taylor Swift follows. In Eva’s mind she’s just a RUclipsr, a regular person, not a Hollywood celebrity, but that’s simply not the case for her. The exact same Hollywood security playbook applies to Eva. The cat is indeed out of the bag . There is absolutely nothing she can do to prevent more crazy guys from seeking her out and Stalking or worse. The best defense she has is at the moment to simply not be on that land when they come looking, because they will. Unfortunately, one cannot reason with crazy.
@@csuporj If it's near anything even remotely scenic, it can be identified. Tom Scott has a rather famous proof of this happening several years ago to him when a bunch of his fans geolocated his exact position despite the area being pretty much the polar opposite of scenic.
Selling that property isn’t giving up but it’s smart business. Sell it and buy a different property and do not ever give out any kind of location even close to where you are. That should be your top priority, after all it’s about your safety and that is what matters most! ❤️🙏🏻
Agreed! And she should put the property in a Trust to make it harder for someone to find it in public records. You can also get special permissions from various counties where the deeds are recorded and are public to have your information unpublished. She needs to check with an attorney in whatever county she decides to buy in, or even her current property, see what the qualifications are to unpublish her info. I would also set up a security perimeter that alerts you when someone enters that boundary. Check with a local security expert to see how that is done.
if somebody wants to, he will find her.... unless she never films it and never talks about it. But still, he can find it anyway. If somebody wants it hard, its doable.
@@JulieMoran1832 In Poland, personal data about plot owners is not easily available. That wasn't how he found her. He found it from publications that he posts on social media and RUclips.
This is such a touching comment section. People really investing in giving good sensible advice. Another thing is not to film horizons. It is possible to match horizons with a range of angles to triangulate and find an exact spot. Looking forward to your new adventures.
We have the ability to feel fear for our own protection but most people ignore it because they think that they are impervious to danger just because they don’t want to fear.
As a father the last video made "dad-mode" kick in! I felt (feel) very protective and hate the idea of someone feeling so vulnerable. You're doing the right thing Eva, take your time and evaluate. Take care.
a small tip don't post major landmarks in your areal shots , and i think what gave your land position away was plugging your friend's hotel and talking about how near it was.i understand it's exhausting to think about every clip you take but your safety comes first. stay safe and positive !
Don't post anything even remotely identifiable if you're this concerned. Landmarks make geolocation easier, but anyone sufficiently motivated can geolocate your position even if you're out in the middle of nowhere surrounded by nothing even remotely "scenic." You can be geolocated simply by the angle of the sun relative to the horizon combined with a visual analysis of the types of trees in the distance.
I had the same thought anytime I saw the aerial drone shots in her videos. As beautiful and cinematic as they are, it makes translocating her land a lot easier for someone thats motivated to find it. I think Id sell the current land and find another plot and keep it totally off camera, even though I know that doesnt help make any content for the channel. I think the peace of mind would be worth it.
@TCxfan same when she first posted videos of her new land i had a feeling this would happen :( I def agree with you, she needs to start over fresh by selling the land and keep everything private moving forward.
Even this video had enough identifying features that would make locating the property possible. It even had a beautiful aerial view of the tent and surrounding area. You should not do this. I would only use drone views when travelling and only post the video AFTER you have moved on from the location. I would also not describe in detail your next destination to prevent creeps from waiting for your arrival.
I was a victim of a stalker also, law enforcement got involved, they told me the one thing especially not to do is acknowledge the behavior, and most importantly, not to address the stalker directly. These are sick people, they view your videos addressing what they are doing as “positive reinforcement”. I know it’s too late now, you already released two videos doing just that, but based on what was recommended to me, best to not even mention the situation again. You owe your viewers NOTHING, they don’t need to know what you are dealing with. Your effort to increase awareness of the problem is actually causing you even more harm.
How so? The stalkers know they are not wanted there now. Most of the time stalkers are harmless dreamers that believe the woman will have interest in them and mean no harm. they are lonely disilluioned men who are not violent.
@ no, according to law enforcement (which included a psychologist, it was a pretty serious case), stalkers don’t take her words at face value, they simply view it as attention from her. If they went through the effort they did to locate her, these are seriously ill people, they don’t give what she is saying to them any value, it’s the fact that they view it as her “talking to them”.
Hi Eva, Perhaps another important tip: In your videos you can regularly see the license plate of your cars. With that you can find out your address. I don't know what the possibilities are in Poland, but here in the Netherlands it is possible to request confidentiality on your license plate. You do that at the government agency where license plates are registered. In the Netherlands that is called the "RDW". I did that with my license plate. Even a garage or workshop that is authorized for the license plate registration system only gets data about my car and my name. But never my address! Greetings, Mahdi
Polish license plates only tell you, what area you live in, sort of like a county you live in, which can be bigger or smaller and include many towns and villages. The information about the owner's name and registered address can only be accessed by law enforcement, courts or insurance companies (the companies need to file a request with the central registry and be granted access). Now of course if the stalker works in one of those institutions or knows someone who does, they can do that easily. If you know how, you can also of course break into such a database, but that would be possible even with tougher restrictions, if you have those skills. So generally yes, it's a good idea to cover your license plates anyway, but there is no public database with license plates owner's data.
I was thinking the same thing! I don't know how it is in Poland, but I used to work for a car dealership. There are MANY businesses that have access to running license plates and getting whatever information is connected to that vehicle.
When watching the last two videos it occurred to me that the missing ingredient to having a safe and natural home base is community. The ideal situation is living in a community where you have privacy/land and still have neighbors who keep an eye out for each other. It is the difference between living in nature and living remotely.
In some country this will also not working, like my situation, I can't go to my community because the good people of the comunity not there just bad one remained that work for dictator government and if I had property their they will inform about my property and the government to teach me good lesson for talking about their bad deed will saise my property and I know they did to many people like me
it does not work like that, communities like this want to know everything about you, there is no privacy, you have to confess about your life anytime you meet them around ;)
There are other RUclipsrs who do the same type of channel I would suggest contacting them to find out how they deal with a problem like this. One of them has many friends like you do and at a moments notice will rush to help protect them. Don't give up on humanity. We are here to help each other. I have enjoyed following your adventures.
As a former German Shepherd owner, I believe you may be ignoring training Vilks for guarding. Vilks is with you much of the time and his instinct is to guard and protect you from harm. However, without proper training, he may not always understand how to differentiate between normal interactions and real threats. He will be looking for your guidance and leadership. The training will also be about how you communicate with him, so he understands when a situation is threating. The additional training for him can actually be fun and a greater bonding opportunity for the two of you.
Stay safe, Eva. You are an inspiration for many of us (women), but please, be safe, that's the most important thing. Trust your gut, and If it doesn't feel safe, move somewhere else. Most men don't understand this... they don't experience it...They don't need to be aware of their surroundings all the freaking time! I love your videos, thanks for sharing your adventures with us.
I never liked that you couldn’t get your vehicle to your tent. Where ever you end up PLEASE make sure you can get to your safe place - your vehicle- easily! ❤
@@MissX905 That is a very good question. Also there was footage of him on the dirt road. How did she get that footage out in the middle of nowhere? I hope this is not just a big hoax to get viewers and comments. God forbid!!
@@chrispotter219 I wondered about that as well. Seems odd that she would have a camera set up in that particular location. Maybe the whole incident is legit .... but just maybe???
I can see you setting up a stunning cabin somewhere you feel safe surrounded by amazing views. But with neighbours not close but closer to safety. Never give up on your dreams ❤
I've always believed one of the smartest things Eva has done, is to get that awesome dog Vilk. He's probably kept you from being harmed, more often then you could measure. His look is very intimidating and has probably scared many potential stalkers away. Never travel without him, he'll keep you safe.
I am a family violence Barrister and I do applications for protection orders day in day out and I can tell you now that these men probably have mental health issues, there is no reasoning with them, they are unwell or perhaps just evil, but either way they should scare you because they could harm you or worse. You need to live your life but you also need a 'safety plan' to ensure things like this don't happen again. Legal action will only help to some extent, restraining orders are pieces of paper, they won't stop people. Some people stalk, go to prison, get out, stalk again and kill the victim. You are niave Eva, I hate to say it. You are an amazing and inspiring person but you haven't dealt with the kind of people I have for 20 years now. I think you should sell the land and get some good advice on how to keep yourself safe moving forward. DO NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!! Legal proceedings are also feeding into their need to continue to communicate with you somehow, so you may feel you are winning but they get a kick out of your attention - good or bad. You need to do some research on this issue, if you have no need to communicate with that person again then often it is best to avoid, ignore, escape, as any attention will encourage them to continue to stalk you. . I give clients advice on how to keep themselves safe in practical ways as court orders are just pieces of paper at the end of they day, true psychopaths will hunt you down no matter what and you have to outsmart them. I do encourage court orders but in situaitons where they are a complete stranger to you I would prefer the avoid, ingore, escape with good security and a safety plan / only use court orders as a last resort. A lot of stalkers will then leave you alone and it is only the most persistent that you would need to get a restraining order against them. I recommend you speak to your local Women's Refuge, they will be able to give you help with a safety plan.
Hello Eva,from Iowa. First and foremost im glad you're safe. I'm glad that you have decided to continue! You're an amazing person. Thank you for sharing your travels and experiences..keep smiling and enjoying life too the fullest ❤️ 😊
My wife is a tough outdoor type. She tells me that things are so different for females. Even going for a country walk on her own she is always on her guard for dodgy men, even though here in the Norman countryside we feel safer than we ever have anywhere. I never give that sort of thing a thought when I`m out and about.( Get yourself a proper guard dog to go with Vilk).
Vilk just needs to learn how to stick close and watch for questionable humans... he's already quite well trained he just has to learn how to do safely what his instincts will tell him. Camp somewhere else anonymous...
Eva you didn't make a mistake buying the land! You deserve a home. It's just that we live in a dangerous world and it's best if no one knows where you live. I make videos on another channel and I say that I live in a town about 2 hours away. Yes I lied because I want to be safe! You are amazing! Sell that land and buy something new with a cottage on it and keep it private. 🤗🌸
They could also find out her new location. I think she should just stay and invest in security. Also, she is probably hyping this up for views. She could easily live in a walled structure and have a family or friend live there too for safety.
@@funwithfurryfriends9258 She has 1.8+ million subscribers with some nutsos in the viewing mix, I highly doubt she's hyping this up. She may have discovered how vulnerable she really is being isolated, she was even surprised to learn there are wolves roaming her land, not the humankind but those too.
@@funwithfurryfriends9258I don't think she is hyping this up - she does want to live this way and we should be able to do so on our properties without the need to build concrete walls. Being an internet personality has its unique pros and cons. I remember when a youtuber I follow told about that phenomenon - certain people from his audience (whom he never met before) built a kind of relationship with him in their own minds and then during meetings talks to him as they were long time friends or family and did all things together. Knowing that it's understandable that someone fell in love with imagined version of you over your videos. It didn't legitimate violating your privacy and stalking but it's something which should be taken into consideration by every content creator. Stay safe!
An auto mechanic RUclipsr had problems with local haters who got jealous when he became successful...Along with fans who would randomly show up & decide that they automatically now were best friends. That he'd have to try and politely get rid of.
I just started watching you, and you’re amazing. You deserve peace and safety. This feels like a thing we women have to deal with, and it completely sucks, but awareness harms no one. Restraining orders also don't help with someone who is prepared to ignore them. OK, it means they can be arrested for violating the restraining order, but if they're prepared to hurt you, they can also be arrested for hurting you, and that won't stop them.
I put up my videos in advance so i've already left the area before the episode goes public .... Glad you are able to get away and enjoy life away from those creepers.
Awesome video as always Eva. Please Eva don’t tell us about your plans for the winter and also you should get your friends to come to your land and check it thoroughly for hidden cameras that the stockers could have placed on your property.
Well, having been a property owner for several decades now... I definitely cherish a "home base" (while still enjoying travel). However, "home base" is always a solid and defendable structure. Nobody can get in without my permission and active participation in letting them in. People can _find_ me, but they can't _get at_ me. Now, in your circumstance that's a bit more expensive proposition and there might be some legal limitations... but before you go back or change properties, I'd recommend A) not show much of it, and B) plan to either build a solid home or purchase an existing structure.
If she's going to remain a public figure and wants to stand still sometimes with her own property, stalkers will find her. Just from the layout of the inside of her house or images out her window. The key is to set up a situation that protects her as much as possible and tell everyone in the area and her support system of what is happening. She won't be able to record anywhere near where she gets her next place if she wants to make it as hard as possible to find her.

Hi Eva, you’re not alone, I’m a guy who travels alone in my Land Rover Defender. Remote locations is the ultimate experience for me. I’ve had many encounters with elephants and wild animals, but my biggest fear is people. In my opinion it is the only animal that will go out of its way to harm you. On a few occasions I’ve had sleepless nights because I’ve been seen in what I thought was a remote spot. Unfortunately, I don’t travel with a dog, because you are limited as to where you can travel in Africa. One thing for sure, I would go to a dog training school and teach the dog to attack on command. Perhaps you should consider going that route a combine it with your RUclips channel.
That very scenario is the subject of many creepy RUclips storytelling videos! Ferrel people, murderers & freaky cults have been along the PCT & Appalachian trails. Some of the most dangerous people hide in the outback. People should be careful & aware. I won't even do day hikes alone anymore as a woman.
I know you have 1000+ other comments, but I still want to say how sorry I am that you had to have such a bad experience with your land. I'm a 73 year old retired guy and very glad you are bouncing back. I very much enjoy your travels and seeing places that I will never get to see.
Easy to laugh at others misfortunes when you are a) feeling irrelevant b) untouchable loud mouth keyboard warriors C) jealous of another's fame and success 😂 d) you've been silent in every other video lurking with green eyes until misfortune strikes . 99.99 % of followers love Eva and the adventures have been life changing . I love your adventures! I would really love to see you move into a cabin, or somewhere with solid walls and locks, where you could lock yourself in at night. Years ago, I had a roommate who told me she did not lock her doors at night, because when she was little, her parents never locked their doors. I remember telling her, "That was then, and this is now." Being her new roommate and in a busy area (neighborhood), I did not want to sleep in a house, where doors were left not only unlocked, but wide open, during the night! I remember she would even leave her front door wide open all night, with only a glass door in front of it. I'm just saying, you never know! Better to be safe, in a place with sturdy walls and good locks. Nothing wrong with traveling and camping like you and Vilk do. I love that, and think it's great! I learned a valuable lesson in my teens. While my buddy and I were camped in a USA wilderness area 4 older men walked into our campsite initiating a threatening conversation. I instinctively opened my jacket and placed my hand on my revolver and said nothing. They backed off and we high-tailed it out of there. Took us 4 hours to get to our vehicle. 55 years latter and not gun obsessive like some in the U.S. but I always carry a firearm if allowed out in the woods.
Do you know most firearms owners are just like you. There are many that would call you a gun nut. I know this from being a range officer and having taught people to handle firearms safely. Be an example and drop that phrase from your vocabulary. The vast majority of firearms owners around the world aren't nuts.
Eva, I am 62. When I was in my twenties I met a man who I went on 2 dates with him and on the second date it happened. He took me to his house and began to explain that he could keep me there and no one would find me. I called my friend who was a cop and he came to get me. This man stalked me for 2 years. I came out of my apartment and there were a dozen roses a teddy bear and a note " I found you". I moved out of state. The stalking laws have changed sufficiently now here in the states. Stalkers are prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Eva, this is so dangerous. You have a great dog, please get him some guardian training . He really is your best defense. I am so sorry you have had these unstable people come into your life. You ARE strong and brave and very visible. Please, please stay vigilant and get V some training. Stay safe and see ya in the next one.

It made me feel hopeful to see a person (that is an open social media persona and has experienced something I´m scared of at the moment) overstepping the fear of intruders and going for joy in life. It´s your life!!! Why should somebody have control over it if you´re not hurting anyone by living your truthful life!!! I´m so happy for you and hope you´ll never lose your need or love for experiencing everything you come upon in life! 💛 Thank you Eva!
I was actually waiting for this to happen. Surprised it took this long. You should have never told anyone where the place is, just show the tent and little of the land
You go girl! Be smart, be tough but most of all, be who you are. You have all the tools you need to work through this situation and I am confident that you will! Take care and enjoy life. Cheers.
Stay safe! I lost my furbaby and backpacking buddy last year. Have not gone solo for all the obvis.... thank you for sharing. Do what you need to do for YOU!
You are an inspiration. I love that you are not making purely fear based decisions. You are being smart to play offense. Don’t let the bastards grind you down! We are with you. Btw- there are people out there that specialize in hunting these stalkers down. They usually get a kick out of it too. In Texas we’d say “gather the posse.” Get em girl.
Eva has gotten many helpful pieces of advice from her viewers. So difficult to be both open and private but these recent events are a wake-up call. The world is filled with so many crazies. I'm glad Eva chooses to be defiant but even that will be heard as an invitation or challenge by sick people. I hope she learns from professionals and keeps the information to herself.
11:56 you can’t reason with people like that. They aren’t normal! Normal/logically people don’t need to be told not to go and find you. They wouldn’t do that. A stern talking to via RUclips isn’t going to be enough.
Yup, and it even encourages stalking behavior. Because to the stalker, she’s now finally noticed them and is paying them attention, even if it’s negative.
Self-sufficiency goes a lot deeper than just feeding yourself or paying bills. Always prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. You're a beautiful person and a strong and capable human. Take some jui-jitsu or something
I could be wrong but i dont think showing your licence plate on your vehicle is a good idea, im sure people can get some information off of it if they really had the resources, stay safe out there!!!
The most anyone can find out is the address used to register it. In Eva's case, she isn't there, so anyone having her tag number can't do anything with it.
Wishing you all the best Eva for your safety and freedom!! One note on this video to be aware of was your license plate number shown on your vehicle. It's just more opportunity for some creep to track you down....sending love and protection your way, love your videos, you are a huge inspiration!!
Love you girl! I've been there and know the frustration and sadness. Keep going, move, keep on traveling, post about it out of time zone to where you are and when you are "where".
I am a single woman in her late 60's who has lived out in rural Northern New Mexico for more than ten years. If I didn't have a pack of dogs and a gun, literally, I would not feel safe and I'm not a celebrity. A single woman will always be vulnerable to male predators or stalkers if she's living alone and remote. I've thought of living even more remote than I do but this fact stops me every time. Unfortunately, this is the way life is and there is nothing you can do about it. Also, anyone can have an accident, so you need to have people in place in case of an emergency who will check on you to make sure you are ok if no one else has heard from you.
Living in a country like Poland with restrictive gun laws really does seem to put women at a disadvantage in remote locations. While firearms aren’t the only answer and aren’t the solution to all situations they definitely help level the playing field a bit. A trained Schutzhund dog, one that is bred for that type of work, would be a good addition to Vilk. You can’t just take any German Shepherd or similar breed and train them for that type of work. It requires certain personality traits that those dogs are bred specifically for, and very early and specific training. She can’t take Vilk and train him in bite work. My Doberman was bred for personal protection work and those dogs are on another level and require their owners to be trained as well in their use. I would like to see you in a better situation, Eva, from my point of view. I used to have the dream of remote living in virtual isolation from other people but circumstances changed for me and I came to realize the benefits of community and neighbors I can trust and rely on. I can still get and appreciate isolation anytime I choose to find it in trips to areas I love or want to explore while having a community at my home base who are there for me of if I need anything and vice versa. But of course you aren’t me and that may still not be right for you. Only you can decide what is. Best of luck to you!
Thank you, Eva, for having the courage and skill to make this episode. The story is universal, pivotal, and important. Whatever decision you make is neither right nor wrong, but it's yours. Most people will not choose, and instead, live in attachment and fear. Om mani pame hum.
Eva, I love your tenacity and strength. I'm so glad I found your channel as it has inspired me to strive for better things. No matter the person here on earth we all deserve our privacy. The only thing I can think of about your land is to hold onto it. It will grow in value over time and if something comes along that you think is better go for it. Thank you for all the inspiration you've given us. Keep on trekking you motivator you! 😁
It is becoming apparent that joining a community and building strong connections and settling down somewhere with a proper house, road, people, is the right way to go. All of those factors are missing from this life, hence continuous running here and there and everywhere. Not sustainable and being stubborn about it will only lead to more uncertainty, unsafe and unsatisfying situations
I absolutely admire your fearlessness. You are quite an inspirational young lady. Im a solo female traveler myself but haven't had the ability to live my dreams on the level you have attained. Bravo, kudos and dont let the creeps stop anything in your path. There are more of them in this world than us, but that positive mindset will overcome anything they throw your way!
So sorry you are going through this!! You gotta protect yourself….gun, taser, something! And maybe set up a boundary to make sounds if they trip it. Stay safe! ☺️🙏🏻
Sad, maybe find some friends who you trust to also live on that land with you? We live in a scary world no matter where you are. Hope you can go back. I have enjoyed all the places you bring me to. You live a amazingly life, if only I was a little younger, starting out I would have loved the adventures😊
You are doing the right thing by not letting fear rule you and Rob you of your dreams. As scary as it can be to take a stand the real tragedy would be to let someone else’s delusion dictate your life. So keep fighting for what is yours and know you have so many praying for you. Your an inspiration to all off us and you deserve to be happy on your terms and on your land❤
15:35 Vilk is looking around wondering who Eva is shouting at. "Where's the threat? Who do I need to protect her from?" A very special and loyal travel companion.
I had a bad feeling right when you bought the land - you said you can’t build on it. Then you were out there alone in the tent only. Hard access, away from help. I get you wanted your sanctuary but if you had at least a cabin you are protected behind a closed door… Vilk is an amazing help and can protect you but someone could hurt him as well…😢 Also I am from Tatras in Slovakia and was wondering how are you gonna spend winter there? One night of a good snowing and you are stuck there for days.
@@dexterford8094 for sure. I know there are different tents and some for extreme weather but live like that long term without proper amenities during winter especially for a woman would be very very hard…
IT'S NEVER YOUR FAULT! My sister was stalked by a guy when we lived in Glasgow in 2016 and all we could do is call the police and I guess have it in a file!! We moved out but I wonder sometimes if he moved on to do the same to another poor women. Eva always exercise caution but NEVER ever think that you need to change/stop doing what you love to "avoid" these crazies. Sometimes with all precautions you still end up attracting unwanted attention. I'd say maybe look into less remote places! I was worried about whether that land had bears or wolves but it ended up attracting more dangerous kind, crazy humans!
Still shocked someone thought it appropriate to seek you out on your own land. What a creep. He should be ashamed of himself.. ruining your peace of mind and safe place :( wishing you the best of luck! ✌🏽💜
You're right, but sooner or later someone would have done the same. Perhaps an even worse person. She definitely needs to be more careful of sharing locations, especially for places where she stays more often.
It is not apropriate. If that guy has gone on a hike and just by happenstance took a wrong turn and got to cross Mrs. zu Beck's path, that's one thing. But to go there on purpose to pester the lady ... that's just not done.
The one who walked up the road was one thing maybe need some education, but the Psycho who after violating your land and if your tent was up he likely explored that too; then flew to where your National Geographic filming contract was is just too obsessed, he needs 4 walls and a cot for some time!
Stalkers aren’t just creeps, they are truly delusional and believe a reality that is non existent. It goes much deeper than just being creepy, and these people typically cannot be reasoned with in any way.
I was stalked years' ago. I lived alone and was really frightened. I would get phone calls that were pure filth. I would go to bed and switch off my light to sleep and the phone would immediately start to ring. It was terrifying, knowing I was being watched. I reported it to my Boss and he warned all the staff, just in case it was one of them. They were all Police Officers. I had a bug put on my phone by the telephone company and the calls stopped. Once the bug was taken off (they only leave it on for a certain time), the calls began again. I changed my number and kept it private and heard nothing more. I still remember the fear, even now. I don't trust anyone. Take care, dear Eva. It's a shame we have to change our lives sometimes for these reasons, but it's the safest thing. Sell up and buy somewhere else and keep it private. Wishing you love.
I am so sorry. It breaks my heart that some men are just assholes. Thanks for keeping yourself safe and doing what's right for you in spite of what everybody else says. I hope things work out for you for the better and you can continue to do what you're doing. I wish there was a way I could help.
Hmm about what to do this winter. Time for some skills- working/ building with wood or cooking -learn new receipts cooking... on a serious note- self defence classes and dog training with vilk Stay positive and stay safe Eva ❤
I have been watching your videos for a quite some time now. The places you go, things you do, and people you meet and have conversations with are genuinely interesting. So much so that I went back to before I started watching and watched old videos that I had missed before I knew about your traveling. I watched your Ted experience. That was so cool! I think some comments in last weeks video brought up a good point. Sometimes you post time wise too close to where you actually are. First I will say I would never go to anyone's private property without an invitation. At the same time, I met you at Mt. St. Helens because you had said you were running there ahead of time, and I was kayaking out there that weekend. Sure you didn't say where the run was but 50 mile runs are few and far between. It was an easy deduction. I went in to the observatory and ate lunch, read up on the mountains new developments and kicked back in my truck and cheered the runners as they came in. I watched people much of the afternoon. The Defender is a bit of a giveaway. Some people walked by and checked it out, a few took pictures, one guy walked to it and around it 20 times or so. It was unnerving. Yet far be it from me, just another stranger, to give you security advice. I did hope though that you had a secure place to go and recover from that run. There were a few other people watching too. Some other older women in the parking lot that must have got the same uneasy feeling. I would look around and see them watching that guy too. It was a nice rest for me after a long journey on the lake, and meeting you was a wonderful end to the day. I found you to be the kind person in person that you are in your videos. Nothing fake about you. I am happy to hear you say you are taking your security much more seriously though. I hate to say it but there are some people that do not respect any boundaries, spoken or unspoken. It is not "mean" to be cold or defensive to them. I am happy your introduction to the world of sick people was not extreme, that no one actually touched you. I hope you never hesitate if that ever happens. I hope you time your video releases and events differently so you are not in danger of meeting people with bad intentions. And/or consider some kind of security if you know you will be extremely public somewhere. Body guards are a real thing for a reason. And yes you really are that well known now. You have left a huge impact on the world, and thank you for that. I wish peace always to you and Vilk.
@@ue2267 Is it so odd to point out how easy it is to find people when thier posts are not far enough from real time? I was already there on a kayaking trip, so why not meet someone I think is a wonderful person? You all are going to act like you wouldn't meet your favorite acters or singers if you had a chance then you lie!
You’ve become complacent in a way because you’ve alwaysalways travelled and coped in any situation so that has desensitised you of fear. That’s life I’m afraid. It will now wake you up to accept this is real. Good luck 😊
If anybody knows how to get a hold of Eva. She needs to take her truck down to the police department or a mechanic to find out if anybody’s put a tracker device on her car.
As an ex-British infantry soldier and someone who has worked in the security circuit for the last twenty years, I'm sure I'm among many who would like to give you a reassuring hug and tell you everything is going to be alright. You got this. Always trust your gut instincts and do what you need to do.
Wonderful videos Eva! I’m so sorry about the stalking. One more “heads up”, I encourage you to blur your car license plate as this is another way to identify you. Sad that the measures need to be taken…. Blessings and NO FEAR! You are a strong woman and your puppy will definitely help in case of danger. Somehow they know 😊
I remember how happy you were on your first night on your own property. Whatever you do, don't let anyone steal your joy. That gives them way too much power.
I know! I was so excited she finally found land of her own! I think once she builds some permanent structures on that land and isn't just sleeping vulnerable in a tent, everything will be much safer. People would be less willing to break into a house than breaking in on a woman sleeping alone in a tent. Save the tent for camping.
I love you, your courage, your truth and your love to life. Thank you for being open and honest with us the viewers and I hope you can meet along your brave way many good people
May I say that it is no surprises that you won’t be there on the land this winter and the reason is actually not only the stalkers but mostly too cold and dark;) you will be in a very comfy cosy chalet doing ski in France or somewhere warm. this is not the first time that you say something you will do and that is cancelled a few weeks after. So now we are bit used to;) please don’t take us for stupid people. Good you made this video shouting you are not afraid because the last video felt like a victim too much drama with the thumbnail photo with the ax … fear is part pf existence anyway. And sometimes a savior even for animals Wishing you well. Jonna Jinton shows her house and land since many years in Sweden and it looks like she does it well without having stalkers going there.
I am happy to see you are moving on with a positive outlook! That type of thing can really set people back so a big high five to you! As for your winter adventures, it’s too bad you’re not in the United State….. Winter camping in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is quite a treat !!
@@chrispotter219 i take it smarmy comments like yours come from men who are possibly cheering on the stalkers as they show a horrible lack of empathy..get a life..
World is full of fruit cakes, sad lonely mixed up people, men who think a woman on her own must need a man etc etc. I love seeing your videos and your way of life, but hope I am well enough balanced not to get carried away by them. It is your life and no-one has the right to inflict their unwarranted prejudices and needs on to you. I would say keep your privacy, live on your land but have steps in place to protect yourself. A proper building, fencing, more dogs maybe, hire someone to look after the place when you are on your travels. Be safe, most of us admire what you do, you're brilliant at your career - don't let anyone get you down!
Lots of great advice here in the comments on dealing with the problems that came up. Stay strong. You have a LOT of support here from your regular viewers.
Continue to make your videos and post them a month after you have left that area. Also, NEVER depend on a restraining order, NEVER , because it will NOT stop that person !
Yes ma'am i would sell the land if i were you. I would buy new land and never talk about it or show it on camera. Hope you have safe travels. My son and I enjoy your videos.
I think a rural property with an actual building on it might be more secure. A little house or even a barn puts distance between you and interlopers that is not really possible with a tent. Of course, if you have a little house it would likely be hooked up to the grid which might make it easier to get help in an emergency. You can STILL camp on your property if you buy one that has a couple of acres .... but for security, a cabin or house is probably a conventional option and even though you seem to dislike convention, sometimes it's necessary.

Talk with other celebrities and You Tubers. They must have come across this and have way to deal with it.
that's exactly my thought
Yep, I also think she should probably really research stalking.
Thanks for your input!
lmfao , military lights . thats so far fetched.
WHEN YOU ARE FEMALE THERE IS NO SAFETY AT WORK HOME OR THE STRRETS.
Sad but true. Otherwise will be sleeping with one eye open... :/
Yes turning the land into an off grid camping and hiking Airbnb would be good idea to get income out of it

Yes, she is a public figure in a sense, but she still has her right to feel safe in her surroundings regardless
This is exactly what she needs to do! I would add never post from that place, determined people can always find a way.

Having no fear is definitely not the right path. Be careful, be wise, be strong. Just retain a healthy level of fear.

@TCxfan same when she first posted videos of her new land i had a feeling this would happen :(
I def agree with you, she needs to start over fresh by selling the land and keep everything private moving forward.
✅
I think you may be correct
@@rascal211 You Have...No idea.....🤡
She loves making herself the centre of attention though. Hard to let this aituation go just like that. WHat an opportunity!
Hi Eva,
Perhaps another important tip:
In your videos you can regularly see the license plate of your cars.
This is a great tip, I will check into this as well. Thanks for sharing this!
As far as I know you don't get address from license plates in Poland (unless you work in police) but I might be wrong
You are an inspiration to this old woman. If it's OK, I'll keep you in my prayers for a safe and awesome life. Blessed be.
When watching the last two videos it occurred to me that the missing ingredient to having a safe and natural home base is community. The ideal situation is living in a community where you have privacy/land and still have neighbors who keep an eye out for each other. It is the difference between living in nature and living remotely.
That was my feeling too.
100%
In some country this will also not working, like my situation, I can't go to my community because the good people of the comunity not there just bad one remained that work for dictator government and if I had property their they will inform about my property and the government to teach me good lesson for talking about their bad deed will saise my property and I know they did to many people like me
I concur
it does not work like that, communities like this want to know everything about you, there is no privacy, you have to confess about your life anytime you meet them around ;)

Eva, it’s best to go with your gut. If it feels wrong, then do what you need to do. Having peace of mind is what is best.
In the US we'd call them a junk yard dog, the kind that roam around the yard keeping thieves out. Please train Vilk to be an aggressive guard dog.
My thoughts too, our dog was trained to the command ‘See’em off’ and she knew to bark ferociously

They could also find out her new location. I think she should just stay and invest in security. Also, she is probably hyping this up for views. She could easily live in a walled structure and have a family or friend live there too for safety.

Yes, this is called parasocial relationships. At its sickest, it occurs with viewers of young kids on family vlogger channels.

I can hear the whispers.
Yep. Restraining orders only work against the ones you already know about.
Restraining orders also don't help with someone who is prepared to ignore them. OK, it means they can be arrested for violating the restraining order, but if they're prepared to hurt you, they can also be arrested for hurting you, and that won't stop them.
Especially in the middle of nowhere and in a country where having guns is difficult.
Tell that to the police officer when they come knocking.

God bless you sir 🙌
Every positive comment counts.
You are such a kind soul. You don't deserve this stress.
There is a fine line between being brave and being reckless and naive.
And creating a thumbnail from a potential stalker's point of view is far from every line.
@@tesselllation You assume too much my friend. I was stalked for 7 years across 2 countries and that’s because of fame actually. No jealousy here. Had my bit of that.
YEP!!!
You might not know this, but you can't just carry a pistol around with you in Europe.
Safely carrying a firearm where it's legal is not being a gun nut, it's being concerned about your personal safety.
Public fishing on public lands just out of Seattle there is a need to have a side arm.... not for wildlife... but for transients and hoods.

11:56 you can’t reason with people like that. They aren’t normal! Normal/logically people don’t need to be told not to go and find you. They wouldn’t do that. A stern talking to via RUclips isn’t going to be enough.
My thought is that her rejection of this guy in the video will help the courts decide in her favour in any future proceedings.
Yup, and it even encourages stalking behavior. Because to the stalker, she’s now finally noticed them and is paying them attention, even if it’s negative.

Facts!
It's all part of the narrative. It's a show for the viewer
Remember,Your life is someone else's dream..... Be happy be strong 💪💪💪💪😊😊😊

Eva always exercise caution but NEVER ever think that you need to change/stop doing what you love to "avoid" these crazies. Sometimes with all precautions you still end up attracting unwanted attention. I'd say maybe look into less remote places!
Far more dangerous than just being a creep. Delusional behaviour is truly scary as they can justify anything in their twisted minds.

And don't drink too much alcoohol it makes you paranoid !
On the one hand, it's an opportunity. Build an Airbnb or rent out the land to campers and purchase another property to live on and keep private.
Great idea…making lemonade
I love you, your courage, your truth and your love to life. Thank you for being open and honest with us the viewers and I hope you can meet along your brave way many good people
May I say that it is no surprises that you won’t be there on the land this winter and the reason is actually not only the stalkers but mostly too cold and dark;) you will be in a very comfy cosy chalet doing ski in France or somewhere warm.
this is not the first time that you say something you will do and that is cancelled a few weeks after. So now we are bit used to;) please don’t take us for stupid people.
Good you made this video shouting you are not afraid because the last video felt like a victim too much drama with the thumbnail photo with the ax …
fear is part pf existence anyway. And sometimes a savior even for animals
Wishing you well.
Jonna Jinton shows her house and land since many years in Sweden and it looks like she does it well without having stalkers going there.
Like I said last video... Wilk. He will protect you to the end. Notice how when you started yelling he went on immediate alert. I love Shepherds.
Teach him the taste for a certain part of the male anatomy with a specific command...
Have Cliff Booth train him
I am happy to see you are moving on with a positive outlook! That type of thing can really set people back so a big high five to you! As for your winter adventures, it’s too bad you’re not in the United State….. Winter camping in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is quite a treat !!
Somewhere, somehow there is always a crash and burn cycle, tears, despair and reinvention going on. We've seen many over the years.
I know! DOesn't she simply exhaust herself with all the contrived drama??
@@aiai-j7i I agree but she is making good coin off it!! And from this latest drama!!
@@chrispotter219 i take it smarmy comments like yours
come from men who are possibly cheering
on the stalkers as they show a horrible
lack of empathy..get a life..
100%
Yes ma'am i would sell the land if i were you. I would buy new land and never talk about it or show it on camera. Hope you have safe travels. My son and I enjoy your videos.
Convenient story. Better than I don’t stick with anything
That's what I said. She needs to build a permanent structure and fence around her land perimeter. Totally much safer!
Maybe semi-rural land where the neighbors watch out for each other.
