I wonder if you would consider doing a “business/business casual for people who have to stand all day” lookbook… like, real comfort/orthopedic-type shoes… but cute. 😅 Maybe that’s too niche, but my jobs have always required hours a day on my feet while also being business and business casual!
skechers have relatively nice looking shoes that have a really good comfortable sole... some models even have a memory foam sole... i like the ballerina with memory foam... so comfortable to stand in hours and walk on even gravel/cobblestones

I prefer a sleek leather sneaker in white or black. If you really need the support, you can add an insole. I find those types of shoes easier to style for business casual but they still look good.

Ladies I see in the comments that you give up on heels because they hurt. Are you wearing the right heels? Checking for material content at all? There are brands out there with high quality material, real leather and suede that can be worn to the office without crying at the end of the day. Check out the Banana Republic Madison 12h heels. They have them in kitten sizes as well.

I only choose shoes that are comfortable, arch supported because if you are not comfortable, your face and body will show unease and no matter the style, you will not appear at your best.
