Hi, I have an X model 2010 but I live in Kuwait which is extremely hot above 140f in summer , some advised me to change the weight to 10w/40 or more , what do you think? And can I use the high milage series ? I will convert to AMS this change😊
P.S. my milage is over 150k miles

According to some: Running a thicker oil actually increases engine temps.
