The autosnapping is there so that when you place an actor in level via Drag n Drop, it will automatically place that actor on the specified snap layer. It does not snap if you move it manually later on.
Ooooh that layer feature sounds great, I always just use some random hardcoded Y value and keep forgetting them and it becomes a mess, sounds nice to be able to name them and tweak them globally.
hello I love your 2d games tutorials. But can you make tutorials also of 2d games that features 3d assets like Super Mario Wonder? I'm a 3d artist that love to make something like that. I don't know pixelart
Thank you. The closest thing I have so far is this, but it's a bit outdated. ruclips.net/video/ZGQoo9frBUA/видео.html It's a lot harder to find good 3D models and animations with CC0 license than it is to find pixel art, so that makes it much harder to cover.
@@CobraCode Ok thank you. this is perfect. But how is this outdated? maybe make an updated version of this using the same assets you use on this tutorial?
@@EnjoyLife.8888 Just look up the enhanced input actions, that should be the only thing that changed. If I updated every video when something changed I would never be able to make new videos ever again, sorry.

Oh that's great, thanks!
Great tip! I'll check this out later. Thanks as always for being an invaluable resource for 2D in Unreal.
Awesome tool to organize layers to unique position axis.

Yeah exactly!
It's funny how none of us ever found this.
Thanks for the awesome tips cobra!!! 😎
Neat! Would help a whole lot with the editing. Thanks :D
Unreal is full of so many little tools that I'm always amazed by discovering
Could've done with some of those many weeks back when I was doing a uni project.

@@CobraCode Thank you I understand. I'm making content too but more on health stuff.
EPIC always makes some useful tools but doesn't teach us how to use them or even tell us they exist.😵💫
Well, they used to do that... then they removed Zak's stuff after the 5.0 update...
