Completely agree, Ysayle is number 1 for me too. My S-tier would be Ysayle, Y'shtola, Moonbryeda, Lucia and Krile. As much as a I love Alisae, she's still a baby. She belongs on a little sister tier list in which she would be on top. Tataru as well lol. I love Ysayle. Her character is charismatic in a subtle way, as opposed to say Lyse who they try to push a bit more forcingly (nothing against Lyse, I like her. Just not love). To me, Ysayle is like Lyse except better in almost every way. On another star, she is a Scion for sure. Krile is definitely S-tier. As far as sophisticated personalities goes, she surpasses even Y'shtola. Y'shtola just happens to have the unfair advantage of being an ultra hot cat girl lol.
Sadu as a Waifu would probably be like living with Cato from The Pink Panther movies. You get home from work, relax, then all of a sudden you hear a battle cry, and you're fighting for your life.

Everyone loves her since post-ARR because she was willing to abandon her royalty to give freedom to her people (democracy). At core value, the sultana knows how to manipulate people under her will. The way she freed Raubahn from slave or how she talks business with Lolorito, proves that she is pretty smart despite her lack of power in her seat (it's easy to understand because in history, every king or queen lose their power over time). Uldah is ruled by the Monetarists and the Seat of Syndicate. She is just a puppet but she utilises every chance she has to gain power. There is a super dark theory that says Ala Mhigo is now under control of the sultana. If Lyse rules the country, she will consider a lot if the sultana is on the threat of the Monetarists. If you remember when the sultana is poisoned and every alliance leaders left the party. They didn't help us because they didn't want to interfere into another country's politics. It's understandable, imagine France, Germany; they are under Euro alliance but if Germany was in civil war, France shouldn't send army to help any side. But if Raubahn rules Ala Mhigo, just one letter from Nanamo saying that Lolorito is threatening her, I swear Raubahn will bring everything to her side, even starting a war. Besides, she is super cute even though she is 22 years old now (21 in ARR). Definitely S tier
