Looks great BUT!!!!! deburr the holes that you ran your drain hose through. Movement just from traveling will rub those sharp edges on that hose giving you a failure point. Not a hater, just trying to help you out. Keep up the great work!!
@@Dualex_Builds everything seems fine to me! You inspire me! I'm buying your book! I brought a used truck camper and thanks to you I'm able to help emancipate myself.
He learned to build on his own ? 😮 wow that is encouraging I thought he got professionally trained. Maybe I do have a chance of building some custom cabinets for my own rv 😂
I might suggest picking up a dowel or biscuit joiner for future cabinet builds. Pocket screws are great, particularly for stuff that's awkward to clamp, but eventually rattle loose from the vibrations of driving down the road(been there). Unless it's a mitered joint the wood glue is primarily only holding on to the thin veneer of one of the pieces of ply which can separate when the screws loosen. Glued dowels or biscuits hold onto multiple internal layers of the ply.
You have marvelously expanded your skills. I thought for next thing to work on might be your lighting on videos. I’m really impressed with what you’ve done with your life. I’ve watched your channel since it was very small
Amazing job as always, I am not no expert but as long as I have been following you, which has been a very long, your builds have always been amazing to me. You have been wonderfully Blessed. God Bless love🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
It used to be if you screw up your life you might end up I a van down by the river....now you have to save up $60,000 in order to live in a van down by the river...
Man I wish I had some like you to rebuild the back of my RV where I want to put a door and window , I watch your videos all the time and I am impressed by your work but if you travel to do projects let me know 🙏🙏
11:14 : boing-oing-oing-oing…. 😅 Don’t know why, it looked so cute to me. Love how the van is coming together! Also love how you don’t overuse music, I like it a lot more to just hear the tools and materials, with the occasional nice music during the sped up bits.
Congratulations young homie, not too many things TOP being able to build things with your hands and tools. Definitely a MAJOR asset to your family for sure. RUclips didn't send a video notification by the way. I had to search for your channel, just a heads up.
Same with me...I never get notifications for your videos. Just saying...don't see too many Black or other people of color dominating this type of content. I always have to look you up, while I get lambasted by similar content dominated by whites in this space. It never stops!
I remember when you first started it’s amazing at how you’ve grown even though it’s pretty obvious (Internet) but congrats and nice well input design. Blessings from FL 👏🏽🌞🥂
Excellent build out of a van. My only question is the insulation you used behind the counter wall. It looked like fiberglass. I bought an old camper, and it had this same stuff. When you transport it the fiberglass gets everywhere. Hopefully it was celluloses or something.
Very poor job of final reveal video. Instead of zooming 100x in the sink and all the little fixtures, perhaps zoom out so we can see the total finish of all the work you completed?
Young man I watch your videos and I must say that you’re very talented so did you go to school for this or did you just pick it up on your own merit. But anyway keep up the good work
Kind sir … I was wonder what I could add to what has already been asked and said. Sometimes, the best thing you can say is the simplest. I am in awe of your talents and your skill set!!! Please keep the videos coming!!! If I ever have a cargo trailer conversion, I would like a kitchen very much like this one!!! One question: could we have your first name? Until your response and beyond, take care, be safe, all my best and God bless!!! Chuck Knight from Buffalo, Texas. 🤠👨🌾✝️🙏🖖👍👋
He was a contestant in the first season of Gutted. It's a great series of 5 videos about converting 3 vehicles into tiny homes. He introduces himself with his given name there. It's worth watching. He shows his cleverness, too.
Yoo!! WAY WAY COOL!!!! You rock sir!!!! Very excited to see the rest!!!! Blessings to you and yours in Christ Jesus name amen 🙏 🙌 ✨️ Thanks again for you way nice work!
fucken EVERYTHING in australia is dumb expensive. Also, fuck wood in van conversions. It's amateur clown shit that weighs too much and takes up too much room. I ordered a transit in May. I MIGHT see it next year. full CNC aluminium build.
How did the micro travel trailer turn out?! Unless I missed you showing the final build episodes I didn't see them. Did you stop building it? When will you be completing it? Big fan of yours! Enjoy watching you work!
How are the appliances getting power? Induction cook tops can run at 1800 watts, if you're always parked with a 30amp shore power circuit, OK...but if your traveling and not parked with available shore power, then how? A propane cook top with just a 5lb Cylinder would be much more functional for a van lifer...
Dope video man! I love keeping up with your series! Question for you, what is the program that you’re using on your phone that has all of your dimensions on it? Or was it just a screenshot, picture, etc from a computer program?
Hay i'm wondering if you can help me. At 10.16 what is the red tool you use to put a brass casing to screw into, with the red tool. Do you have a product name or link to somewhere i can purchase it please. Love your work. Jo
I have been renovating an old RV of my granddads. Your videos have been so helpful. the way you show all your work makes me wanna try doing some custom cabinets like you show often. Thank you !
i have said it before and I will say it again. You are seriously beyond talented. If there is such a thing. i know you are a humble guy. But damn You are a genius. Thanks for making my day when I get to watch you create magic
You are so talented and your workmanship is way beyond your years...I absolutely love your videos! Thank you.
I’m glad you can enjoy the videos! Thanks so much for watching
Another awesome piece of content... Never cease to amaze me with your awesome plans and execution of your projects. Keep it up it's truly great.👍🏼
I’m glad you liked the video! Thank you
WOW! Looks amazing! Have you ever thought about doing tiny houses? You certainly have the skills.
Hi 👋
Looks great BUT!!!!! deburr the holes that you ran your drain hose through. Movement just from traveling will rub those sharp edges on that hose giving you a failure point. Not a hater, just trying to help you out. Keep up the great work!!
I added rubber to the holes later on to prevent the tube from getting damaged on the edges. I’m glad you liked the video! Thanks for watching

I dnt think he would not deburr the drill holes he just can't show every little thing cause of video time.
def a hater
Love, love, love your builds. So amazing how you kept going and learned on your own. Who ever your building for is a lucky person.

That drain line from the sink to the tank we so kinked bro.. I'd rethink that a bit.
Excellent craftsmanship once again. Keep on taking it to the next level dude!
I'm a big fan of your work. Great craftsmanship! That sink is very nice, better than most have in their homes. Can't wait to see more.
I would def think about adding grommets around the drain piping, especially if you would like it not to leak long term. Great job man
Nothing like a DualEx video in the morning.
I looooove these vids. Such great editing. Groovy to watch. All lean, no riff raff. Good music. ❤
Tiny elegance! As always your job is well done.
Thank you!

Very cool shop! You've been building up the tool bank. I like that the outdoor shower is inside the van.
I’m glad you liked this build!

Another awesome video! I always look forward to your stuff, super talented bro.
Thank you, really like the cabinets and that sink! Good job 👍
I’m glad you like the style Thank you!
Love it! Do you think this would work on a Mercedes-Benz sprinter with back seats?
Hey bud! I'm curious what king of bit you used to plunge through the floor and the under chassis.
Are the plans still available? I tried to download them and the SketchUp file was for a bed, not the kitchen.
When I watch someone with this much talent it makes me feel stupid! But I love these videos anyway!
13:01... rough as guts. also, i've never seen you seal your raw metals after drilling through them. improve.
I'm new and just binge watching your videos. You are great and what you do.
Love you work, would love if you spoke and explained more instead of just seeing you build during the video

Wow it looks so beautiful and amazing so well done!👍👍
why did you make the overhead cabinets faces shorter than the cabinet itself?
I'm wanting to turn a van into a tiny home any advice it's been a dream of mine to live in a tiny house
i am really interested to know how much you charge for a build?
I did the outside shower last month in my build: built it on the opposite side of my sink area to where it pointed outside when I opened my doors.
I have to say, the pipe going through a raw cut steel hole made me cringe a bit…
What a beautiful, efficient kitchen!
I have a Ram Promaster. Are you for hire to do some work on my conversion?
Can you share what are dimensions of flip up at slider door?
What can I say about your work. Just awesome. Thanks Don
Wow man of a hundred crafts I’m a be like that

These last 3 videos have been 🤯 in. sane.
When you're building a shower where is the water going does it come out of the van? When you're finished?.
Where do I claim prize?
Hey DuelEx, you should do a winter challenge Van life. In a video with solar power and what not try to keep warm amd cozy.
Is primer or paint what you use.

I just found your channel and they're good videos but please turn the volume down when the saw is running!
This brother is amazing. 🙏🏿👍🏿👊🏾😎🔥🔥🔥💯
Looks good, but those cabinets above the sink being a half inch too short is driving me nuts. Everything else is amazing
We always enjoy your builds Dualex, especially appreciate the mortise and tenon cuts on the table saw in this build. Thank you!
You should make you some push stick to protect your fingers on those tight table saw cuts
I saw you used them later. Beautiful work as always. Love your designs.
Sucha great job, it's nice to watch someone that has as much pride in his work as you do.. keep the videos coming my friend.

Do you sell these builds? They always look great . I’d definitely buy one.
