i fucking love this song and this video - The lyrics. Jakey has talked about how some of his friends have committed suicide. This track was even originally intended to be on an album called "Dead Friends" - The video. It's no where near as well made as some of the newer ones, but it just feels like stuff you'd film after having the best day ever with your friends in the middle of fuck no where. Hanging out at the creek and the slow mo phone video of fire works. It perfectly fights against the lyrics. I've been finally playing Chrono Trigger and as soon as I played the organ in the cathedral, I was sitting there like..."Hold on....that sounds like saintlike." Of course its the other way around, saintlike sampled chrono trigger, but damn, what a discovery.

As I sat in the Airport by myself for 6 hours for a layover, this song came on Spotify randomly for the first time. I had never heard it before but I started crying my eyes out, but I didn't care because I felt this song. I'm still here and I want to say thank you Jakey. - The video. It's no where near as well made as some of the newer ones, but it just feels like stuff you'd film after having the best day ever with your friends in the middle of fuck no where. Hanging out at the creek and the slow mo phone video of fire works. It perfectly fights against the lyrics. It's like "yeah I've been through tough time and I'm like my friends, but as long as I can have days like this then I'll be ok."

As I approach the final day of school of the 9th grade semester I look back to my previous updates and I realize how much I’ve changed in the past 9 months. I often find myself trapped in a cycle of an emotionless void and wonder why I even continue going on through the pain.
