    this is what happens when you come off the "juice". Your size dwindles, even though you can still look good; but you don't have that 'puffy' built look to you. I've been lifting, without injuries, for 35 years now and in high school, at 6'3" tall as a senior, I was 175 lbs and 35 years later, although much stronger now than I was at 18 years old, I ONLY gained 40 lbs of muscle. Most body builders, like Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler, etc...gained 40 lbs of muscle in less than 7 years after getting on the juice and not only more than 40lbs but also freakish size. Well, it took me(without any enhancements whatsoever) 35 years to gain 40 lbs of muscle but without, and I repeat, WITHOUT the puffy look to me which shows you that no matter what your genetics is like, without 'enhancement juice' of some kind you simply won't look very big on the level that 'bodybuilders' do....

    • @billj4525
      @billj4525 Год назад +1

      I have great genetics and am bigger than most guys on juice for sure, but I agree you can't naturally get as big as the top heavyweight bodybuilders regardless how good your genetics are, it just doesn't happen. You have to be lifting very very heavy to be bigger than most people on juice as a natural. I'm very strong, stronger than almost anyone which is why I have more size than most people juicing at the same levels of body fat. The top bodybuilders are just insanely massive with really hardly any fat at all though, and that can't be done without many many drugs. Genetics is big though. Everyone is very very different when it comes to lifting in terms of how much muscle and strength they put on.

    I like Dex and I respect him and his huge career of course.
    But I want to say that when bodybuilders stop you realize what steroids do to the body!
    It's not only about training or food as the say....
    Super athletes all around the world training hard but they can't gain that massive muscles!
    Only with steroids and drugs bodybuildes looks like that!
    Look at all of them,for example now I see that I have bigger size of Dexter's arm's and when he compete I was nothing in front of him!
    We have the same age and I was a wrestler, I use to lift heavy but I never took any drugs so I was big guy but natural.
    Bodybuilders are ilussions for a few years and then they return to reality!

      @alberteisenmann1023 Год назад

      @@NotUrGuru TRT is anything but healthy. Not only does TRT grow muscle, but everything else that isn't supposed to grow, too. It doesn't matter if a doctor prescribes the stuff or not. For doctors and the pharmaceutical industry, TRT is a good source of income and they don't care about the health of the customers, or the doctors themselves have no idea.
      We have seen what lies and untruths about the supposedly harmless corona vaccines were spread by doctors and so-called experts, haven't we. Due to TRT, undiscovered tumors and organs grow, and the heard, especially in old age, as well as the bone ends. And this also happens with smaller medicinal dosages.
      There are hardly any studies on the actual effects of TRT because, as I said, there is a lot money to be made from the substance. Everyone who tells TRT is harmless and would be a kind of fountain of youth for older men, either doesn't know about the consequences or listens to some charlatans. The body has important reasons why it reduces the production of certain hormones in old age.
      And please don't tell me - I know lots of people who take TRT and they're all healthy. 🤨 Taking this supplement is like playing Russian roulette. And with all the hardcore bodybuilders it's too late anyway. These are people who are addicted to muscles and will even die for a few extra pounds.
      This is reality and nothing else.
