VVVVVV - No Death Mode 100% - 20 Trinkets - [

I don't even know where to begin.
3RD IN THE WORLD AND FIRST ON CONTROLER AND V2.3 ! :D
First, I love VVVVVV. This game is awesome, and it was a pleasure to play it. BUT. The NDM 100% experience is something else.
I somehow had fun with NDM any% and actually enjoyed it quite a lot, despite getting unlucky on the final room. Playing the NDM100% is something else, as I said.
To begin with, I beat it extremely quick after my first no death mode. In 8 days. I played all day long for quite an extended period of time and stressed my body to the limit it could handle. I actually broke down in tears to a gravitron fail and just couldn't bear playing / seeing / thinking about the game for about 2 hours. The pressure I put myself was so intense that I couldn't sleep well at night because of how much I was playing before sleeping and how much my heart rate was skyrocketting to.
Yeah, about that...
My Heart rate was impossible to handle. I got several times above 170bpm while playing the game when I was at gravitron. My gravitron pass rate was about 75% in practice, and it went down to 20% in real ndm100% attempts. Incredibly frustrating.
Also, SS2 Trinkets. I'm not sure if I can grab Guardian Knot trinket ever again. I don't know how much rage it procured me, but it's too high. "Doing things the hard way" was also such a choke. I hate it. These 2 trinkets are DUMB and I never was consistent at it (my SS2 pass rate was about 25% ?). Also, after SS2, I needed to grab the two "hyperspace trinkets", and trust me, the first one I'm grabbing in the run, next to Warp Zone is Impossible to get consistent at. It's the worst trinket in the game, not the hardest, but it's the worst, I can't describe it. Edge Game also stressed me out so much, but out of the 2 times I got to it, I never died ! :D
I only got one death at the final level, being "Dial M for Murder" ^^
I really want to thank Mohoc and the whole VVVVVV speedrunnig discord server. You guys are awesome and gave me motivation to beat this thing. I can't thank you enough, thanks, thanks, thanks ! :D
It was a long journey. Actually, pretty short haha, but it was surely intense. Thanks for everything, this is certainly my hardest achievement ever.
