But one thing i still can't find help with anywhere is playing PS Now games via a PC, and using a Dualshock Controller. The touchpad doesn't seem to work when say playing Uncharted and it asked you to right touch the touchpad to bring up a map. Nothing happens. I've tried using DS4 and so far haven't figured out a way to use that successfully. Any ideas? Thanks!

For some reason when I connect the pro Nintendo switch controller it says paired but not connected I tried it in a game that allows to connect controllers like ps4, Xbox, and switch but it still didn’t work probably because it pairs but doesn’t connect. I tried it with an Xbox controller and it said connected in game but it is my brothers controller so I can’t use it. Cian Asmr you have to use a different cable than the one you used to connect to your pc, once you’ve connected it to the ps4 with a new cable it should connect

Still having an issue with my PS4 controller for Final Fantasy 7.Keeps loading in Keyboard and won't recognize my controller at all when I play it. It'll work when I am in Big Picture mode, buttons and all. The minute I am in FF7, its not picking up the controller at all.. Think you might know the issue as to why?
You don't need any of these expensive controllers to get a gamepad connected to your computer. Emulators, browser controls, etc. Just letting you know. You can get a controller from the freaking dollar store if it has Bluetooth. Just make sure it has Bluetooth connectivity.

Probably because your cable is for charging only, you have to use a data micro usb cable.

If it’s a steam game make sure to enable in via steam-settings-controller make sure either Xbox or ps4 software is checked.

I just use DS4 application that automatically configures the Dualshock 4 to work as a 360 controller.

You have to reconnect it to your playstation. Plug your USB into the playstation and the controller and it'll sync

For steam you just need to register it once and it will remember it. Games outside of steam i think just recognise it

Try looking in Settings if its not there, then your pc might not have bluetooth. You can always use the cable method

What solved it for me was installing DS4Windows.
I downlooaded it, restarted my computer, synced my PS4 controller and now everything is fine.
