(sorry if you've seen this comment before. I posted it, then deleted it, then reposted it. I asked the internet archive to archive the page for this video, in case the video ever randomly disappears by a copyright strike and people want proof of its original upload date, so i wanted the comment section to look clean while that was happening.) Hi! Thanks for uploading this tape! I'm glad something so interesting would find its way to someone that has shared it with us all. It has captured the interest of many GnR fans. I've seen discussions ranging from believing this could be songs Izzy wrote for LA Guns, to thinking it might be demos Axl wrote for his brother's band, Dr Whiskey. And we've also seen the information that the tape was picked up decades ago, in Los Angeles, with something like "LA TROUB 85" scribbled on the front. If you have the time, and still have access to the physical tape, could you please take photos of all sides of the tape, (and maybe link to the photos in the description if RUclips filters out links from the comments? Or if you prefer, you can email the photos to me, my email is available in the "More about this channel" section of my channel.) I will share the photos of the tape among GnR fans, and perhaps there might be some clue somewhere on the physical tape (e.g. maybe the handwriting, shape/brand of the tape, or some other aspect) that another GnR fan may be able recognize and use to find out more exact information about the tape's origins. Thank you so much!
