They dry the greens from carrots, radishes, sweet potatoes. Have you heard of this or do you already practice this? They also use the leaves of plants for wraps. I found this interesting and, after watching you harvest , I thought I'd mention it. I also hope you are well. The end of the season and fall cleaning I'm sure wears you down. i have heard of it before and we do use some of the greens but, very little i should look it up, see how they do it and try it i'm sure everything in the veggies is loaded with good nutrients 😊...you are so welcome 😊
I love the idea yogurt in a waffle bowl, that looked delicious. apple pie and apple crisp and I make apple sauce with a cone sieve on a stand with wooden mallet turning around and around, warm apple sauce with cinnamon so tasty

You folks are cleaning gurus!! Those were some awesome looking carrots!!I learned to love parsnips when we lived in Canada. I baked them in evaporated milk. I love the hymns and four part harmony.

Four ways in which Canada's Thanksgiving is different from the USA's Thanksgiving. I thought this was interesting! :) Giselle, I enjoy your channel.
1. In Canada, Thanksgiving is in October. In the US, Thanksgiving is in November.
2. In Canada, Thanksgiving is on a Monday. In the US, it's on a Thursday.
3. In Canada, the original focus was more on thanking God for keeping early explorers safe as they ventured into the wilderness. In the US, the original focus was more on thanking God for the harvest.
4. In Canada, the holiday is a little more laid back than it is in the US.
