There's nothing more frustrating than someone telling you that you didn't order what you know you ordered. Instead of trying to accommodate and make the PAYING CUSTOMER happy, Vera is more concerned with being right. I'm surprised she still has her job. I know she's an amazing seamstress, but her personality is abrasive when she thinks the bride is wrong.
If the dress was supposed to have a sweetheart, I bet Vera's team had to correct it for free or cheap. I bet that's why she was so adamant about checking into it... she didn't want her team just taking on a free alteration bc a bride claimed it was so. Obviously, I don't know for certain. But Vera strikes me as a true professional who wouldn't just be petty bc of a difficult bride... she's seen it all this point!

Conversely, it looks terrible on this bride: thanks to the large breasts, lack of waist, wide and full shoulders, the top of the dress looks like a regular T-shirt! The design of the dress is completely crossed out, it absolutely does not suit the body type of this bride! But she demands from Vera the same look that the dress has in the photo! And what could Vera do? She tried... Unfortunately, women often don't understand the difference between a dress they like and a dress that suits them! Many women believe that if you wear a dress they like, you automatically become a beauty, regardless of the design and size of the dress! And when their appearance in the mirror does not satisfy them, then for some reason others become guilty, and not themselves. Dear women, when choosing a dress, please keep in mind that the design of the dress should correspond to the features of your figure
This bride had proportional breasts with her body and they’re not saggy like most brides to be so she’d look great in both. It’s a matter of preference.

Dress designers should make more dresses that are modest so you don't end up with the second dress. Not everyone can wear strapless comfortably.
