Doesn't work for me. :( I get this error after adding the config:
Error while powering on: Failed to start the virtual machine.
I have a Ryzen 7 7700X.
this fixed the issue however when i tried to install macos it says "your computer restarted because of a problem. press any key or wait a few seconds to continue starting up
When i try, it gets to 12 minutes, but then crashes. I restart it, then it boot loops :(
doesnt work, it just says "failed to start the virtual machine" immediately after turning it on

Doesn't work, just tells me the VMX is corrupted, the end.

a guy posted the solution in the comments to this it should be easy to find and it worked for me
SOLUTION: If it says VMX is CORRUPTED, make sure you don't have 2 lines copied!!!!!! for example smc.version = "0" may be written two times, one in your copy and one at the top.
I was about to close everything and give up on macos when I saw this and my issue was fixed. Thank you!
