I don't do TicTick, I don't even own a smart phone I prefer my blaster channels less one-sided and my reviews more in depth, so I follow a good 20-30 channels here on RUclips which will cover the same blasters in greater detail and with a more critical eye, plus a bunch of other blasters which Sophie won't be able to cover while she is working for Nerf.
Agreed. Different people find different pros and cons about blasters. Some specialize in one kind of review while others another. I barely make reviews for 1st party blasters at this point so I too appreciate some good, in-depth reviews.

Great video Brett! I think that TickTock is quite a weird platform, I have always hated videos filmed portrait. I suppose having this application process was basically free advertising, so hats (or rather berets) off to them. Thanks for sharing! 💜💙💜💙

Most Nerfers at the time had never heard of her before, yet she was one of the first to receive a copy of the Ultra One along with Jared. Hmm.... Sorry, Beret. It was always a 0% chance of you getting hired. Not because you're not capable, but because they already had someone in mind for that position since forever ago.
It's all well and good that sophie is reaping the benefits of her hard work but are we really going to encourage that she enthusiastically recommend a brand that is specifically going out if it's way to be anti-consumer? Especially when we know sophie has engaged with NIC products like talon claws and caliburns. Part of that feels dishonest to me personally.
It's a personal choice and truthfully we don't have control over what someone wants to promote. Business...advertising...there's a fine line you have to walk in order to play that ball game. What's encouraging to see is Nerf actually putting faith in an enthusiast. I'll always encourage healthy skepticism in foam flinging products, no matter who is advertising them, but at the same time I can be happy to see someone achieve success.

So $30k to someone who can setup their Social media presence??? The biggest RUclipsrs or Tic Tok people make like $100s k per month minimum. Seems like a really low ball offer.
To put it straight, they are looking for a good face for social media. Your voice is too monotone, and you aren't interesting enough of a personality to deliver what they are looking for.
