I was not planning on buying this air rifle, but last month it went on sale for half price, so I got it for $68. Beeman RS2 Rifle: 1000FPS, .177 Caliber (But can accept .22 caliber barrel), comes with starter scope, shipping weight is 9.1lbs, but weighs about 7 pounds itself without a scope. I think they marked it down because the rear sight was pretty bad, but it is still good enough at 30 yards or less. Definitely worth it for the sale price. Check out Beeman rifles below. Enjoy! :D *BEEMAN AIR GUNS BELOW:* RS2 Rifle (.177): s71.co/3nIm1EW H&N Baracuda Domed Pellets (300), .177: s71.co/3ySfArT QB-78 Rifle (.177): s71.co/3bZ6j5F QB-78 Deluxe (.177): s71.co/3aoAX8a QB-78 Rifle (.22): s71.co/3APj5yb QB-78 Deluxe (.22): s71.co/3OQ5omI P17 Pistol: s71.co/3NOxkpt P3 Pistol: s71.co/3IBNaDf
Glad you like it, brother! I was shocked when Amazon marked it down, but I guess they are pretty smart because this review would not have happened otherwise, so they generated some free press for it.
When you see these sales, you should post them on your channel so that your subs can take advantage of them. I've gotten some great deals when other channels have posted deals they've found, along with the link.
I alway like seeing the fact you like to shoot wiht open sights which is something so many do not do. For me I always prefer an air rifle with open sights even though I have scopes on most of my air guns the open sights are always a nice back up if the scope ever fails out in the field.
For sure, I keep one .177 with a scope (it's a Gamo Varmint), all the rest I use the open sights. Same with other calibers. Scopes can be pricey, and there are a lot of ways to bump them in the local terrain which is very overgrown and cluttered.
Another great video, and awesome rifle. Nice touch letting us see the notes you took. Makes the viewer seem more connected, as if we are there with you. Great job👍
I was lucky to score the sale price on one. The reviews were mixed, but I decided it's worth the gamble. I've had it for three weeks now and 1200 rounds. I had trouble with the scope until I discovered the "barrel droop" requires swimming the scope down with .10" (A standard business card). This is necessary to get the reticle better centered so that the spring tension inside the scope is sufficient to hold the reticle tube in place. I shot it with the open fiber optic sight also. I like them. But my aging eyes prefer the scope. With proper loose artillery hold and Crossman wadcutter pellets, I shot 3/4" groups at 25 yards.
I used up a large grocery bag o pellet tins. Reworked a diana and her sissy. Rws. Finally got 1/2 inch groups at 30 metres. Lol found out the less expensive pellets may be just fine! Lol love it for backotown swamp vermin! Lol
Great.....I collect knives and air guns mostly rifles but I do have a few pistols. I wish I had known that beeman was on sale I would've definitely bought it for $68 bucks. 😢😊
I think they will do that sale again at some point, I feel like whenever sales lag, their system kicks in and does a 1-2 day flash sale. It becomes a cycle, as people begin only buying during the sale period.
Well I see you're heavily invested into the springers. And because of their simplicity and economic value I can understand why. Do you have or thought about purchasing a pcp?
Air guns and ouroor knifes are my favorite, using the gray man constant be be able to leave have anyone disappear from the grid and find like us there, we need small ams and med kits.
If you can still find the all-red cans of Modelo Tamarindo Picante Chelada.... I highly recommend it. I thing they quit making that version... but it is spicy as hell and delicious... mmm
@@WeAllJuggleKnives I ordered a Crosman 1377 air pistol today. I was working at K-Mart in 1977, Selling appliances to help fund my college education. Sporting Goods was next to us, and I can still remember when the very first one of these showed up. I had a car, an education, and far more importantly a girl friend that had dibs on my paycheck, so I couldn’t afford one at the time. I married the girl in 1979 (she’s sitting next to me right now), graduated from grad school a few years late (debt free), and I’ve been through a dozen cars since then. I’m retired now with a bit of disposable income, so I can finally afford to buy some of the toys I couldn’t afford 40+ years ago!

What a great price and you get two caliber to choose from.
For that price it's hands down the best buy of the month. 😊
Excellent purchase 😊

Excellent, glad you have one, too!

I'm glad you got in on this great deal! Great info on the scope!
Love the airgun videos, nice looking rifle 👍👍
Thanks, my friend!
I love these air rifle videos 💪
Thanks, bro!
Nice rifle and great marksmanship! I like a break barrel because you will never run out of propellant, but the follow up shot is really slow.
For sure, gotta have kids for the follow up shot.
I have this one it’s actually a nice rifle. It is heavy but better looking than some of the synthetic stock gamos imo
Glad you got one, too!
Great video! Great price too!
Thanks for watching!
Enjoy your videos keep doing what you're doing

Algorithm 😊, nice video
I really like that 44 caliber model behind the rifle rack.....
Oh yes, those double barreled ones are the best!
@@WeAllJuggleKnives LOL!
Nice score! 👍👍🇺🇸
Great video thanks 🇬🇧👍

Sweet bb gun ❤
cool rifle.

I'm not sure if I will get into those. Which probably means I will, at some point.
I'm that knife and pellet gun guy love your content
Excellent, you shall be the foundation of my new army!
More reviews!
It shall be done! Hoping the Umarex Forge goes on sale one of these days ....
* engagement comment * jk. thanks for the video, man.
LOL Thanks, brother!

Good point, knives and air guns have a good stealth factor!
👍👍
Excellent shooting with those sights. Was this a springer or a gas piston rifle?
Thanks! It's a gas-piston.

whats the fps and with which pellet ?
Are they good enough to actually use? Alloys are so innaccurate, and are sonic powww! Lead sure drops vermin!
Ok. I'm not stopping anyone from using lead.
For the price I'd say score an can switch out barrels. Wonder what the damage is for the 22 barrel.
👊💀
I haven’t fired my pellet rifle for years. After watching your video I think I’ll pull it back out of the closet!
Excellent, I was out of the hobby for many decades, but when I returned I found they had all this cool new stuff.

Will right off the bat brother I hope I don't see you in a postage stamp bikini😂
For sure, I'm a good reviewer but not THAT good LOL.
Oh, that's a cider you have... haha.... well anyways, my comments still stands!
LOL, I actually got the can from one of my housemate's recycling trash, I didn't even look what it was.
I saw that sale 😢
I could not resist the temptation.
Helping a brother out, so I don't have to see you do upside-down splits in a bikini....!!
LOL with a bikini the size of a pirate''s eye patch and fully transparent.
Beemam is weirauch ?
I'm not sure who owns Beeman.
