Great information, thanks so much. Loving Two Rivers & Legacy neighborhoods. Those two are top of our list to see whenever we can get up there to visit. Idaho sure is pretty!
Both of those are two of our absolute favorites in Eagle too! Let us know what other videos you’d like to see, we’d love to help you with your home search!
I'm looking to move to either star meridian Caldwell or Middleton but all of these RUclips videos everybody only talks about homes to buy. What about large townhomes by the lake or with a nice view in one of those towns. Do you have anything or do you deal with that
Thanks for watching & the question. I assume you’re interested in renting a townhome (opposed to buying one)? There are some townhomes close to the river - but not many that are truly lakefront… sometimes they’re marketed as being “Lakefront”, but well, those “lakes” are typically more like glorified oversized ponds, if you know what I mean.
Isn't this the same town where two retired Californians (with a $100,000 a year pensions) were both running for mayor? Yikes, moving in from Cali and trying to make changes.
Such a great question… and honestly, I have not heard ANYTHING about that. And I’m a researcher, so I took a beat to see if I was missing something… as far as I know (and as far as my incredible network of Eagle homeowners go) no, that is not the case. Thank you for watching and the question though!🙂

The best place you can live in Eagle, would be Orofino Idaho. Or if you are from California, San Francisco.
Funny!! 😂 Thanks for the comment (and the laugh)!👍
