In today's video, let's talk honestly about the Longchamp Epure line. This line could be a great promise but for the moment to my mind Longchamp keeps making errors on errors even if in term of design some bags can be cute.
Price, Sizing and Practicity are the 3 main reasons why it is for me the most disappointing line. I will develop my thoughts in the video.

No, You're speaking the truth when I first saw this line I was so excited to get a medium bag in brown Russian leather but it never happened.

THANK YOU for your honest review, it is so refreshing 💞 You are spot on and it's so interesting to hear a French perspective of Longchamp in general and of the most recent collections. I have really gotten into LC and acquired SEVERAL in the past few years. I was excited for the last few collections and even started to shop on their website versus department stores, but then I started to notice that the bags were getting smaller, more expensive and in the latest campaign, the models basically seem like 20 year old college kids. To my eye - that is the target demographic for the ÉPURE line - particularly the xc crossbody bag with the pencil holder. There is nothing wrong with a bag for a student or that looks like a more upscale but functional piece of a server's uniform as a fashion statement, but it's not really the luxury offering many of us come to LC for. Trends will come and go with all brands but I agree it's frustrating to be excited about a new offering (Russian leather epure line) with SO much potential ... but instead of offering a few larger sophisticated handbags - even just one! ....it's only offered in very small and/or impractical styles and premium prices😕
Anyway, thanks again for always saying what you really think about things! I like these videos as much as your videos about the bags you love, You help me continue to love the brand because of your passion AND your commitment to practicality💜 And I love the way you talk about the details and price vs.value of different bags and I appreciate your attention to detail and sharing your thoughts behind things that sometimes people are afraid to say 😘 I hope you continue to grow and LC hears what you are saying!!!

i completely agree with you. the line is cute & the colors are great but it’s just too expensive for what it is, mostly tiny. i laughed when you compared the x small bag to what the waitresses wear when they take notes for orders, so true lol! 👯♀️💚

Agreed i was waiting for M size or at least S in epure. It would be a great saddle bag for everyday. “Big! Huge! Mistake” on longchamp part for not realising a bigger more practical size

Lol I really like your honesty. Maybe restaurants are actually the main sales target for that particular bag. 😅 I like that Longchamp is innovative, some styles stick around and some are just there for just one season. I see nothing wrong with it. People have different tastes. I do love that you made a video about this though, it’s always interesting to hear your point of view. Have a great Sunday.

I agree, this could have been a great line, but I have never been tempted by any of the pieces. Even the bucket, and I love bucket bags, looked too impractical because of the structured nature of the bag. Nope!

Love your necklace. Thanks for your honesty. I wonder if Russian leather is difficult to work with in larger sizes. I agree with you that the quality of this line doesn't seem like it should be so pricey.

I do think that Longchamp obviously sees this as a SLG line but it's time is almost over I'm pretty sure that it will be discontinued sometime this year. They do have a new cardholder this season that I'm actually waiting for so that I could get it before it's discontinued😅

Ich bin zufrieden das Longchamp größer Epure Tasche gemacht hat aber die S , meiner Meinung nach immer zu klein ist. Eine M würde echt perfekt sein! There’s a reason Longchamp only uses Russian leather for the trim and handles on their Le Pliage collection. I think the company is making fools of us with this new line.
