Richard Strauss: Salome - Neschling, Kremer, Stig Andersen, Petinsky, Konieczny - Hongkong, 2014

In October 2014, chinese TV broadcast "Salome" from Hongkong to mark the 150th anniversary of Richard Strauss' birth. It is the recording of a co-production of Slovenian National Theatre Opera and Ballet Ljubljana and the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Opera Hong Kong (OHK), with first class international stars in the lead roles and very good asian singers in the smaller parts - all of them to be praised for doing a heroic job with the german text!
