The Codice Fiscale is totally different to your Greek vat and you will need to apply once there, straight forward process. Regarding your rental, nothing springs to mind Good luck with your Italian experience 🙏🌟

We are forming an Italian subsidiary to enable us to open bank accounts and pay our own energy bills and property taxes etc., I have been designated as the legal representative to act for the company hence my need for a CF. What are the personal potential liabilities and pitfalls such representation could potentially create?
Bit convoluted, the British company also needs a CF but that you probably know already. In terms of liabilities, while you have all the payments up to date, I can’t see any pitfalls or issues. A property management company could take care of all your payments and save you from managing it yourself, that’s what we do for our clients.

To generate the Italian fiscal code, surname is compulsory, but I never use my surname in any of my documents (not even in passport), so I generated my Italian fiscal code by putting XXX in the column of surname. My Italian Fiscal code is XXXJTN.......... Will be there an issue when I go to italy??

Hi, please help. I have a huge problem. Im Trying to get a CF for my Italian mother who resides I England. She lives with her son so does not have any utility Bill's in her name or council tax, only mobile phone bill I think, how can she resolve this? Her sisters are trying to a share of a rented apartment in her name so cant sign any contracts for now. Edit: Also her passport expired which they rejected, so she now has no other Form of photo ID other than a buspass.

Hi Shruti, process is the same wherever you’re. Once you’re here in Italy, you need to go to the Agenzia delle entrate and the process is very fast.
