I think they call them popovers in the U.S. I often make Yorkshire puddings - toad in the hole is a favourite in my family. I do prefer beef dripping, lovely extra flavour. I have even used them as a desert, with ice-cream and golden syrup! That's the first time I have seen it made in the air fryer.
Whats the temp on a regular oven? Is it self rising flour or all putpose? Im in the US and never seen that before...so many ideas popped in my head what to do with it! Thank you for this video!
Oh, yes...one of the best British treats. If you want it healthier or gluten free then chickpea flour works really well but will need a fair amount of baking powder and extra whizzing of the eggs. Thank you Ana ❤
Some folks make 'popovers' as mentioned here by some. For many years I thought that Yorkshire pudding was made big and UNDER a roast beef at the end of cooking, with the drippings coming down on it, or is that just another way?
Thanks for this Ana. Please check your email :) as i have just sent you an awesome list of how to identify the source dairy of all dairy products in the uk including shops own brand dairy products!
That looks like a delicious giant pop over❤
