    Hi Anna
Just a thought, why don’t you make/print little A5 recipe cards so they can fit in an A5 folder and sell them for a £1 each then people can buy the recipe cards they want so they can make their own little reference recipe folder for their own needs.
The mayonnaise recipe is really nice, I add a little chipotle to mine when I want something with a little kick or sometimes a little garlic.
Thank you for all your hard work 😋

I like this idea, not sure if Ana herself could do it- I could be a5 keyrings instead of ring binders…. May be easier and £1 would cover the costs.

basic ingredients that most people will have in their cupboards, very quick with little clear-up and it tastes so much better than the ready-made stuff. For some reason I got out of the habit of making it, I'm going to start making it again.

Do you think we will have a national blackout Christmas Day?
    - All those oven on, EV’s charging, all the new heat pumps , Christmas lights everywhere, cloudy and no wind, - it’s a perfect storm.

You can also make 'vegan' mayo, very simply if there is ever supply issue with eggs,

    Wonderful.
This isnt a criticism, but now you'll have to show us how to make Djon mustard, now!
    ...and normal mustard.
Then, of course, it'll be cold-pressed oils.
    I can't wait.
    Thank you.

@@AnasFoodLifestyle hey. I just remembered that I wanted to have a cold pressing setup.
...now to find decent olives from anywhere other than Lidl 🤔😂

I will nevermake my pwn mayo, as American eggs are often not safe enough, and our cheapest, (the 60ct), are up to 15.69GBP today at my supermarket.
