Hi Anna Just a thought, why don’t you make/print little A5 recipe cards so they can fit in an A5 folder and sell them for a £1 each then people can buy the recipe cards they want so they can make their own little reference recipe folder for their own needs. The mayonnaise recipe is really nice, I add a little chipotle to mine when I want something with a little kick or sometimes a little garlic. Thank you for all your hard work 😋
basic ingredients that most people will have in their cupboards, very quick with little clear-up and it tastes so much better than the ready-made stuff. For some reason I got out of the habit of making it, I'm going to start making it again.

I like this idea, not sure if Ana herself could do it- I could be a5 keyrings instead of ring binders…. May be easier and £1 would cover the costs.
